The ABOVE AUSTIN LONGHORN ESTATE is the perfect escape while enjoying close proximity to all that downtown has to offer. This private luxury estate sits on two acres filled with Texas native Live Oak trees with a spacious backyard that is perfect for small events. The great room enjoys this same peaceful view of a beautiful pool with sunning ledge/beach, covered outdoor lounge area and strings of lights to provide that beautiful glow in the evenings. There are three main living areas in which to spread out and relax as well as a private office/flex room for a little work. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
