Architectural Retreat on 10 Private Acres

Tucked into ten private acres just outside Austin, The Falling Leaves is a place to slow down. This design-forward retreat blends floor to ceiling glass with expansive natural views. Wander the grounds to discover fossilized stone, hidden creeks, and seasonal waterfalls. Mornings begin with soft light, days unfold gently, and evenings settle into stillness.



The Space:

The Falling Leaves is a one of a kind architectural estate tucked into a hidden pocket of wilderness in West Austin, where design rises organically from the land itself.



Three sculptural dwellings span ten private acres, creating a four bedroom, three and a half bath retreat for up to 10 guests. Curved rooflines mirror the terrain, while floor to ceiling glass invites the outside in at every turn.



Life here unfolds slowly and intentionally. Move between indoor and outdoor living with ease, gather in light filled spaces, or step out to explore creeks, stone formations, and the natural landscape surrounding you.



Inspired by the elements of air, earth, fire, and water, the experience is both grounding and immersive, offering space to reconnect, reflect, and simply be.



Thoughtfully curated amenities support both rest and play, from a private pool and fire pit to a chef worthy kitchen, record player, and spaces designed for connection.



Select gatherings may be considered with prior approval and a separate event agreement & fee. If you are envisioning something special, we would love to explore it with you.

Guest Access:

You have rented the entire home to yourself. A unique code will be provided a day prior to arrival.

- Outdoor Fun: Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and Lady Bird Lake’s hike & bike trail are within 3 miles. Red Bud Isle is also close by..

- Culture & Music: Catch a show at ZACH Theatre, the Long Center, or ACL Live downtown — all less than 10 minutes away.

West Lake is where locals go for laid-back luxury with Austin’s energy right at their fingertips.



Getting Around:

Navigating Austin West Lake Hills is a breeze, with scenic strolls and easy access to nearby attractions. For those with a car, ample parking is available at our house, ensuring convenience during your stay. Explore the neighborhood's charm on foot, or venture out to the wider Austin area, where ride-shares and public transportation options abound for hassle-free travel.



Other Things to Note:

Lodgewell, as a property management company, has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature upon booking. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.



- No parties or events are allowed. Please inquire about events/large gatherings before booking.

- Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.

- Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM and 7 AM per City Code.

- Swimming is at your own risk.

- Events and Filming: Airbnb reservations are only for overnight stays. Send inquiries about events and filming.

- Guests are explicitly forbidden from moving any furniture within the premises under any circumstances.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
