Super pleased with the property. Beds great. Linens and towels wonderful. Kitchen very well supplied. Being walking distance to the village was a great plus! Great Lake views. Also really enjoyed walking up the street to a trailhead that took you into easily walkable trails. Only negative was tv in primary bedroom never worked (replaced batteries). Emailed contact two times and didn’t get a response. Will definitely stay here again though.

Big Bear Central

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 2 days! We were visiting big bear during their yearly car show. We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed! The game room was a hit, for the entire family! We had with us 10 total and there was enough space for us all. The only down fall was that there was no A/C as we thought when booking, and during August it gets pretty hot, but at night the weather was perfect! The owner as well as the rental agency checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! Loved it!! Thank you for everything!

The house was nice but dirty. There was mouse droppings on the stairs, crumbs on top of the fridge and all of the dishes were poorly cleaned. Several times during the stay I reached out to the host because of issues and I never heard back from them. I understand issues happen but I was ignored throughout the stay. The house and location were nice but the customer service was awful.

We did not receive any additional calls, texts, or messages during that time, so there may have been a miscommunication or an incorrect contact method used.- Our cleaning team provides detailed videos after each service, and in reviewing the footage before your arrival, the home appeared clean and fully stocked, though the stairs were not included in the video. We will certainly review your comments with our team to ensure all standards continue to be met.- We do have the property treated regularly for pest control. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and will follow up with our team to ensure all areas are carefully checked moving forward.We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.

Great property, location & host

This house is exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. All 4 bedrooms are very large and the house is very spacious. It is perfect for a large family. Big kitchen that is open to the dining and living area which is perfect for entertaining or cooking a family dinner. Huge game room with full size pool & shuffle board tables and bar. The game room kept the kids entertained and the adults enjoyed it as well. The outdoor hot tub is very clean and ready to go. The best part of this property is the location. It’s close walking distance to the village and lake. We didn’t have to use our car much which was very convenient. Our kids loved being able to walk out the door and roam the village. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. This property does not disappoint and we highly recommend. We would definitely try to stay here again if traveling to Big Bear.
