Built in 2007, this 3,000 square foot home, offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Within the first floor open plan you will find a combination of hardwood flooring and bluestone pavers. An architecturally significant staircase and coffered ceilings in the dining area highlight the attention to detail that is a hallmark of this house. The open kitchen features KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, honed absolute black granite countertops, a tiger maple breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. In warmer weather, retreat to "Tucked Away" after a fun-filled day at the beach or shopping to relax on the private porch and enjoy the delightful cottage garden. During chillier weather, cozy up to the gas fireplace in the sunroom. Twice featured on the Rehoboth Beach Art League house tours, in 2008 and 2016, this special vacation get-away offers the perfect blend of proximity to the beach and town with privacy, quality and comfort. Off Street Parking and 2 Rehoboth Parking Permits provided for your use. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and a beach wagon offered for your use during your stay.
