Enjoy this warm coastal beach house just 2 blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk from downtown Rehoboth! This newly renovated, 4BR, 3 BA home located on Bayard Avenue is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Enjoy a first floor master suite and adjacent first floor guest room, large living room to unwind, and newly remodeled kitchen/dining room. Upstairs, enjoy the privacy of two bedrooms with a shared bath with the option to sleep two children in full-sized cribs.

The home is fully equipped with an updated kitchen with all the necessities for cooking a delicious meal, completely renovated bathrooms and showers throughout, TVs, WI-FI, and plenty of space to enjoy your getaway!

Enjoy a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and two Adirondack chairs with small table - all in the backyard!

FIRST FLOOR: Our home has a master suite with its own private full bath with brand new marble shower, king-sized bed with Four Seasons Hotel mattress, smart TV, and closet. The first floor guest bedroom has a king sized bed with a Four Seasons Hotel mattress and TV. The family room has a large and comfortable sofa, two plush swivel chairs, and a SMART TV to unwind after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 8-10+ and additional sitting space for two at the island. Also on the first floor, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and access to the backyard.

SECOND FLOOR: Two large upstairs bedrooms - one with Queen and full-sized crib, the other two Queen beds and a full-sized crib. Shared full bath.

Our home provides not only great value for your vacation, but also a sense of home and serenity for you and your loved ones. Perfectly located minutes from the beach and downtown Rehoboth, close to activities for everyone in your group!

Rental reservations come with one seasonal parking pass, in addition to two-space driveway parking.

Two blocks away from the downtown area is beautiful Silver Lake with lovely walking paths, a playground (two blocks up Stockley Street), and a beautiful freshwater pond - complete with turtles, fish and other friendly friends.

**BATH TOWELS AND LINENS **ARE** INCLUDED IN RENTAL**. Bring your own baby items and beach towels or rent for additional fee.

Property well maintained

We had lovely time in Rehoboth, the house was very cozy and had everything We need .Just short walk the the ocean, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of downtown Rehoboth. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great weekend

We had three couples staying at the beach house together for a long weekend and we all loved the experience. It’s a beautiful house with a ton of space in the kitchen and living room to sit together. Comfortable beds and very close to the beach and shopping areas. Highly recommended.

Walkable Location!

This house was very walkable to both the beach and downtown restaurants and shops, so much so that I didn’t use my car once during our trip! The beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living room or dining room, and also to get away and escape from the group for a minute. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great for family with grand kids

The house was terrific for our family. Easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants (and Playland). Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. AC worked well during a particularly hot few days. Parking pass provided was very helpful.

Lovely beach house

We had a great stay in this very clean, nicely decorated beach house. The property owner thought of everything: well-stocked kitchen, nice coffee maker, soft linens, and parking pass. Stacey was very responsive when a minor glitch arose and when we set off the smoke alarm twice. It’s important to put fan on when cooking on the stove indoors. My only suggestion would be a few more plastic ice trays for the freezer. Our family loves ice when it is hot outside. Thanks so much for a fantastic summer vacation in your wonderful home.

Fabulous For Families

This cheerful, immaculate home was a comfortable and easy way to spend a week at the shore. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 little ones, and the location was very convenient. It took about 7 minutes to get to the beach, even lugging all of the requisite stuff. (A rented beach wagon made this process manageable.) The owner thought of everything.

Great for multigenerational families

This house was perfect for our family of four with grandparents. The grandparents appreciated their ground-floor bedroom, and the teenagers loved their own space on the second floor. The living room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen well-stocked. The two off-street parking spaces plus the Rehoboth parking pass were nice to have. It would have been nice to have a place to store the bicycles that we rented; we stored them in the back yard and that turned out okay.

The owner Stacey clearly is a hands-on, excellent owner vs an absentee owner landlord. By that I mean the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, property is clean and very well maintained, kitchen table is suited for working area for myself and our adult children, wifi no issues. Beds were very comfortable.She and the property manager were very responsive to our requests.

Great beach town getaway

We had just what we needed. Home was cozy and clean. Just a note for those with small children the location isn’t the greatest because it’s on a main road so you have to be careful letting little ones outside. There is a great playground right down the street though. Also no access to a garage or shed if you wanted to keep bikes or beach gear secure and dry. Otherwise a great place to rent for a beach vacation. Clean, not cluttered and easy access to beach and restaurants.

Great house in a great location!

This was the best rental house my group has ever stayed in. It was exactly as described. Perfect location! Close to beach, Rehoboth Ave, parks, Dewey etc. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new & well put together. You can tell the owners take pride in their home! My group was all ages- from a grandfather to a one year old & we all had everything we would need! Pay close attention to the fact that NO linens at all are provided! You have to bring everything! Even hand towels, pillows, etc. Already thinking about our next vacation!

Great Family Vacation!

We loved our stay at this house! The owners were a pleasure to work with, the location was great, and the house was so nice. Plan to bring all pillows and blankets you'll need. We brought pillowcases and sheets, but some people in our group needed to go out and buy pillows and comforters. When they say you will need to provide linens, they mean ALL linens and pillows and comforters, etc. Just offering that in case it helps others! This was a lovely home to rent for the week, and we highly recommend!
