La maison située dans "The Pines" quartier de Rehoboth Beach, du nom de l'abondance des pins. The Pines est l'un des endroits les plus souhaitables dans la ville de Rehoboth Beach, car il offre un accès facile aux restaurants, boutiques, et de la plage, tout en étant béni avec un grand nombre de vieux arbres au coeur de la ville. Beaucoup de nos clients garer leur voiture une fois qu'ils arrivent et simplement à pied ou à vélo autour de la ville pour le reste de leur séjour.

La propriété comprend:
- Un premier en ville emplacement, à pied de tout Rehoboth (2 pâtés de maisons à Rehoboth Avenue, 5 blocs de la plage)
- Votre propre oasis privée composée d'une grande piscine, très privé dans le sol entouré de jardins tropicaux luxuriants, meubles de salon en plein air, et un gril à gaz. Pour votre information, la piscine est ouverte pendant le week-end du Memorial Day et reste ouverte de septembre à début octobre.
- Des jardins luxuriants avec des fougères, des hostas et des herbes ornementales, accentués par un bassin à carpes koïs et une fontaine
- Une galerie couverte entourée d'hortensias matures, dotée d'un mobilier de salon très confortable et d'un ventilateur de plafond, idéale pour se détendre, faire une sieste ou tout simplement regarder le monde passer

Week at the DE Shore

Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen and easy walk to restaurants and shopping on the avenue! Perfect spot for three generations to gather, watch football and enjoy family time. David is a responsive host that has a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screened in front porch and ping pong in the basement!

Perfect home for a multi-generation family!

We were family ranging from age 5 to 82, and the house fit our needs perfectly. There are multiple sleeping accommodations with extra blankets and pillows available, more than enough baths, and the home is attractively decorated with very high-end appliances. The pool is by far the nicest one we've had in Delaware, and its a fairly easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I can highly recommend this home!

A Wonderful Week at the Beach

This is a great place to stay. It's in a nice, quiet, shady neighborhood, but close enough to town to be within walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. The house was clean and very well appointed, and David was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool, the ping pong table, the wifi -- everything was in great working order. We hope to return again next summer and beyond! Highly recommend!

Super Nice Home

Beautifully remodeled home with high-end appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero, etc) and furnishings throughout. Our 2 families loved the location — close enough to Rehoboth Ave and the Boardwalk/beach, but far enough away from the higher traffic areas when needed (and good for getting in our steps to work off a few calories). We spent a number of our mornings, and a few late evenings, on the very comfortable screened in porch. Very relaxing! Had one small issue and reached out to David — he responded right away and had someone come out and fix it promptly. One small thing is that there are a number of trees and plants around the pool so there is a fair amount of debris that ends up on the surface and the floor of the pool, but it was still great to have the pool! It was also great to have two parking passes available in addition to the parking spaces in the driveway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks, David for your hospitality!

The house was well appointed with luxury appliances. David was very responsive to all requests and questions. We only had an issue with the prior guests accidentally taking the extra parking pass but that was only a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again.

I’ll start by our title” Memories “

This property was absolutely amazing, the design was beautiful and comfortable and all of the appliances were top of the line, an absolute pleasure to use this kitchen!!!! The front porch was a relaxing area and the pool and backyard area was very well thought out and very peaceful… the accommodations were very comfortable, the bedding and furniture … we will surely be back, we made so many family memories at this property, my husband and I were the only guests but our children and grandchildren stayed in the pines as well. The property was so clean and David was very prompt in getting back to us with any and all questions we had!! He was awesome!!!!

Wonderful Experience

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The house is beautiful; practically everything is new. The floors, especially, are gorgeous, and we loved the elegant details like the tray ceiling. The pool was super fun for the kids and adults alike. Lovely Vacation House

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful house that was very nicely redone! Check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced and the owner couldn’t have been nicer and was so fast to answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved that the house was within walking distance to town and the beach and the kids really enjoyed the private pool and upstairs family room. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful and suited our family 100%. We began each day sitting in the screened in front porch. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished with very comfortable beds. The upstairs living room is perfect for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. Having two refrigerators and two washers and dryers is so helpful. Best of all is the beautiful in ground pool where we all spent a great deal of time. I could go on and on- this is the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in and it is perfect in every way. David, the host, was very good to deal with, answering messages almost immediately! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful home in great location

This is a beautiful home. It was recently renovated and the owners spared no expense. The finishings and decor were very nice and tastefully done throughout the entire house. The pool area with deck was perfect and the kids ended up at the pool almost every way. That pool/area was also quiet and private. I used the screened porch area at the front of the house a bit, shaded and had a good breeze. Just a nice area to relax and I found the sound of cars going by somewhat soothing. We had movie night on most nights in the family room on the second floor. The kids and adults loved this room. The location of the house is great. We were close to restaurants and walked down to the boardwalk (maybe 15 min or a little more to the boardwalk/beach). We basically walked everywhere. The house doesnt feel like your usual rental house. You immediately feel at home staying here. The owner really took the care and resources to create a house that families would really enjoy and feel at home. Staying here really made our vacation in Rehoboth special

Great house in a great location!

We just got back from our stay at this property. Great house in a great location! It’s about a mile walk to the beach and walkable to bars, restaurants and shops. The house has been newly renovated and they left no stone unturned. The house is beautiful! And David the owner has been super nice! He answered all my questions very quickly each time I sent him a message. He also let us check in a few hours early since the house was already cleaned and that was so nice of him! The pool does not get a ton of sunlight but it is very nice! I would recommend this property as your Rehoboth rental choice.

A one trick pony

The pool is lovely and well maintained. Rugs and furniture looked dirty including two bath mats that should have been thrown out. The A/c units were not sufficient to cool the house and were extremely noisy. When I noted this the manager said it’s likely because the filters are not changed! The noisy street is a throughway which prevented us from using the screened porch. We will not return.

Loved our stay at The Pines

This was our second time spending a summer week at The Pines. We love the location of the house - in walking distance to town, beach, and boardwalk. And especially love the back yard and pool. Adults and child were in the pool multiple times each day. Only negative aspect of our stay was the loudness of the window air conditioners - especially at night when they turn on and off to maintain the proper temperature. Made staying asleep difficult for some of us.

We've vacationed in Rehoboth since the early 1990's and was lucky enough to purchase our first home at the beach in the late 1990's. Since then we've had the pleasure of owning - and renting out - many homes in Rehoboth Beach. This current property is our planned retirement home so we've designed and constructed it with every detail in mind. Hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We originally purchased this home in 2017 - a 1950's beach cottage - with the intention of renovating it at some point. That dream became a reality in the Fall of 2021 when we began a massive renovation - doubling the size of the home and completely rebuilding it. For us, it's the perfect location in town where we are close enough to walk everywhere but we feel separated from the hustle and bustle of town. Also, this property has one of the largest private, in-ground pools (which we renovated in early 2021) in the city. The back yard is fully fenced in and is a private oasis.
