The first floor has an open floor plan concept that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of those you are vacationing with. The kitchen is a modern, clean and simple design with a large island with four counter stools. For more cozy dining, there is a corner banquette with a round dining table (with additional leaf to accommodate extra guests). The living space has a chaise sectional (with queen bed pullout) -perfect for relaxing while watching some afternoon TV on the 70" flat screen/Smart TV. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $185.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
