Aqua Beach House is a modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach retreat offering spectacular views of the forest and ocean. Located just a five minute walk from the beach, it is perfectly situated near all the attractions along the Great Ocean Road. A stay here is both relaxing and restorative, fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean and wake up to check the surf.
Designed for comfort and style, Aqua Beach House features a double-pavilion layout that balances social and private spaces. Positioned to maximize stunning views, natural light, and cross ventilation, it boasts dormer windows facing north. Step inside and enjoy high-speed WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen with premium cookware, a Smeg five-burner stove, and a Grimac espresso machine with complimentary coffee beans, along with a stocked pantry. The sheltered deck offers outdoor seating, an umbrella, and a BBQ. Parking is available for two cars, and the single-level home ensures accessibility with a wide entrance, step-free showers, and railings.
The surrounding area offers endless opportunities to explore and unwind. The eight-kilometer stretch of beach from Aireys Lighthouse to Eastern View is perfect for surfing, walking, and fishing. Wildlife lovers will enjoy visits from birds and kangaroos throughout the day, while nature enthusiasts can marvel at seasonal changes—spring orchids, summer surfing, autumn mushrooms, and winter whale watching. Evenings bring breathtaking sunsets and a starlit sky undisturbed by city lights. Aqua Beach House is easily accessible, just a two-hour drive from Melbourne via the Geelong Freeway and Great Ocean Road. A V/Line bus service connects with the Melbourne to Geelong train.
