This charming studio offers a queen bed, cozy sitting area, kitchenette, and split-system heating/cooling. Enjoy a spacious bathroom with a freestanding shower and washing machine. Conveniently located near Katoomba's shops, cafes, and iconic Blue Mountains walking trails, itâs the perfect mix of comfort and heritage charm.
The Space:
Please Note: We have two separate Airbnb listings on our property: this one, called The Loftâa cozy 1-bedroom granny flatâand the main house, called Mia Mia (viewable on my profile). As a guest of The Loft, your entry is close to the garage the back of the main house, accessed via the garden and the back driveway from Melrose Lane. You will have exclusive use of this back driveway for parking and easy access to your accommodation.
Guests of Mia Mia have exclusive use of the main house and gardens as well as the front driveway. Both listings are designed to provide complete privacy and independence, but you may occasionally see guests of Mia Mia in the back of the property enjoying the garden or outdoor dining area which is for their exclusive use.
If you are traveling with family or friends and wish to book both The Loft and Mia Mia, allowing everyone their own space, please let us knowâwe can arrange this for you (subject to availability).

The ground floor features a generous bathroom with a freestanding shower and a washing machine for your convenience. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed, a comfortable sitting area, a dining table for two, and split-system heating/cooling to ensure year-round comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, perfect for preparing light meals and beverages.
Please note: The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.
Located in the heart of Katoomba, this property offers easy access to charming shops, vibrant cafes, and the iconic bushwalking trails of the Blue Mountains.
