Step into a magnificent space where luxury meets sophistication. The spacious living areas are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a pool table, sauna, and TV’s with streaming apps. The heart of this home is its fully equipped kitchen, boasting every luxury appliance you could desire, alongside a convenient kitchenette on the basement floor.
Our four well-appointed bedrooms in the basement,, ensure a restful night’s sleep with plush bedding and ample space. The 4 full baths and 3 half baths are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying our summer weather. Whether you’re savouring a meal al fresco or simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings, this outdoor space is designed for your ultimate relaxation.
-Highest speed fibre internet available in Canada with wired and wifi access for guests requiring high end internet access for working from home or high bandwidth and super fast internet/fun
-outdoor ONLY security cameras on our property and entire neighbourhood by neighbours for your safety and complete peace of mind in our already very secure neighbourhood backing into the prestigious and sophisticated provincial fish creek park and one of the best green spaces in Canada for your enjoyment
-Spectacular views of green space fire pit in yard
-access to barbecue on both floors of home
-extra over flow bins with secure lids for garbage and recycling for long stay guests or guests with large groups generating lots of recycle; this keeps the environment clean and respectful to neighbours and compliant to city bylaws of tidiness
-no smoking allowed on site, indoors, or on premises
-no pets allowed
-no loud outdoor parties allowed but indoor celebrations are allowed as long as property is treated with care and doors and windows closed with air conditioning on to respect our neighbours
-no loitering over fences with neighbours
-no garbage on property or littering of any kind as there are adequate bins provided for garbage and recycle
-no cigarette butts on driveway, backyard, over the fence or anywhere near property
-no damages to pool tables or vintage pool cues
-no standing or walking on our property-grade pool table provided for your peaceful and professional enjoyment
-no staining of wall or water spillage staining or hardwood scratches or damage to our carpets
-no damage to fire pits, barbecue or water feature in backyard
-absolutely no garage access and no blockage of driveway access of double garage doors
-no driveway parking, only street parking allowed
-no parking of large obstructive equipment or trailers on driveway as this takes up parking space and is considered unsightly by neighbours, which may prompt them to call city bylaw officers.
-The basement area is going to be partitioned to have a space solely for our property supervisor and emergency superintendent to stay in, who will be available to help you out with anything in case you quickly need something fixed or accidentally lock yourself out of a room.
His area is self contained and will have no access to the guest’s part of the house and he will enter his space through a different door than you will enter the house with. You’ll only interact with our supervisor within the house if you make an explicit request for his help with something, otherwise your areas are separated.
You’ll still have complete access to the other bedrooms in the basement and the lounging area within it.
-masterbedroom/masterbedroom closet, garage, and property superintendent room are out of bounds for our guests.
