This spacious home is split into two private suites, an upper and lower unit, accessible through a shared front entrance. For guest convenience, both units are opened for your full stay, making it ideal for large families or group getaways.
Upstairs Unit:
âą Features vaulted ceilings and a bright, open layout
âą Large kitchen with full-size appliances, coffee station, and all essentials
âą Dining table seats 8, with access to a private balcony with outdoor seating
âą Cozy living room with electric fireplace, 55â Smart TV, and work desk
âą Full bathroom with modern fixtures
âą Bedroom 1: King bed, side tables with lamps and USB ports
âą Bedroom 2: two queen beds, wall-mounted lamps with USB ports
Main Entrance Foyer:
âą Includes a convenient washer/dryer combo for guest use
Lower Unit:
âą Open-concept living and dining area with seating for 8
âą Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom
âą Bedroom 1: King bed
âą Bedroom 2: TA queen and double bed
Outdoor Amenities:
âą Fully fenced backyard with seating area and charcoal BBQ
âą Private parking in the back plus ample street parking (corner lot)
âą Located just a few doors down from a childrenâs park
âą Walking distance to Fish Creek Provincial Park and the C-Train for easy access around the city

By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:
1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.
2. NO Parties or unauthorized Events : We do not allow parties or large gatherings without prior approval. Pre-approved events are subject to an event fee of $190- $400 to cover additional cleaning and wear on the home.
3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.
4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.
5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. PETS: We welcome ONE pet under certain conditions and one time pet fee of $150. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.
7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.
8. No inappropriate outdoor behavior: Public urination, indecent exposure, or any behavior violating city bylaws will result in immediate removal and additional cleaning charges $500.
