Welcome to your dream getaway in New Braunfels, Texas! Nestled on the serene banks of the Comal River and just a stone's throw away from the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark, this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an idyllic blend of relaxation and adventure

Breathtaking Views: Perched on the second floor, enjoy sweeping vistas of the Comal River and the vibrant Schlitterbahn from the comfort of your living room, which also features a cozy queen sofa bed for extra guests.
The master suite boasts a King-size bed, private bath, and personal TV. The guest room is equipped with a comfortable Queen bed and ample dresser space for all your belongings.
Modern Convenience: Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring sleek countertops that seamlessly flow into the open-plan living area, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation.
Step outside to direct river access. Spend your days tubing down the Comal or simply soaking up the sun by the water's edge
Just a short walk to the lively Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn, and the charming downtown area, ensuring endless entertainment and dining options. Comal River Toobs, the closest tube outfitter, is a mere 0.2 miles away, making your adventure plans effortless
Two parking spaces are available, complete with necessary passes. Please note, this unit is on the second floor and does not have elevator access. The condo accommodates up to 6 guests, with no daytime visitors allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom 

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
