À propos de cet hébergement

La première en 2011 villa entièrement rénové a été fourni par nous mai 2012 extrêmement attrayant et avec une grande attention aux détails. En 2017, les fenêtres et les portes de toutes les chambres ont été remplacées par la sécurité teinté double vitrage avec remplissage à l'argon être thermiquement à jour. En Janvier 2018 a ensuite été suivi par l'atypique pour la Floride en acier thermolaqué porte d'entrée. Le salon / chambre à coucher de 188 m² entièrement climatisé et entièrement équipé avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains offre de 2 à 6 personnes des vacances inoubliables dès le début. Cela inclut notamment la spacieuse terrasse couverte (50m²) avec la piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire. Avec un grand coin salon (tous renouvelés en 2017), parasol, quatre chaises et un renouvelé en 2018, barbecue à gaz quatre feux, la terrasse pour «la vie au bord de la piscine» entièrement équipée. Ici vous pouvez dans le soleil du matin et prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine et profiter de la soirée avec des températures agréables. La Villa Première place est dans un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme dans le sud-ouest de Cape Coral. Le parc paysager avec belle paysager, jardin largement isolée et grande piscine vous vivez dans le style, dans un environnement très calme.

Les golfeurs peuvent profiter gratuitement d'un parcours de définir avec les voitures.

Tout ce qui importe (z. B. le supermarché Publix) est à distance de marche ou facilement accessible en vélo

Notre système de soins de la maison germanophone est disponible sur place. A leur sujet peut aussi z. B. Les excursions en bateau sont réservées.

Pour la zone de la piscine il y a un système plug-grille que les bambins peuvent garder la piscine et uniquement par des adultes est d'ouvrir en deux endroits. Il empêche ainsi les tout-petits sans surveillance peuvent tomber dans la piscine.

1st Place Villa was No.1 !

We stayed a month at this beautiful home and wish we never had to leave! Property is as described, the pictures are accurate and house is even better!, The landscaping was very nicely done and we enjoyed the little bunnies that played in the yard each evening! The kitchen was supplied with anything you could possibly need. We lived on the gorgeous lanai and in the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything! Publix just blocks away, you could walk! The owners take great pride in their home and it shows! We would recommend this home !00%!

Perfect family getaway in Cape Coral, Florida

We had an amazing stay at this home in Cape Coral, FL. The property is located in a great neighborhood, offering a peaceful and safe environment for our family. Lots to do in the area with restaurants and activities. One of the highlights of our trip was its convenient location, just a 20-minute drive to the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These islands are perfect for day trips, with stunning beaches and plenty of activities for everyone. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a great space for relaxing, and the kids loved the pool. Anita the property manager was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Cape Coral. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Property was beautiful and included all necessary and additional amenities.

We spent 5 weeks here. The house, pool, lanai, yard/garden were fantastic (they thought of everything). Very spacious and all household items were available that we needed. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and enjoyable to work with.

Fabulous home!!!

We rented this home for a girls trip! It was perfect! We really enjoyed to pool and its convenient location. The house as beautiful as it was, we mostly sat outside by the pool. It accommodated us perfectly. I was leery at first, having to convert US currency to German, but its was very easy. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing girls trip!

A five star villa for sure

One of those villa's you want to keep coming back for. Everything is there to forfill your needs. Villas was spotless clean. All the materials were high quality. Property manager Anita was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. Also the mail contact we had with the Owner Bernhard was in a warm and friendly way. The house is in a nice neighbourhood with a Publix store just around the corner. If you looking for a 3 bedroom villa with the right price, this is the one you looking for. Nothing left to wish for. We will return here in future :-)

Perfect Family Vacation!

Everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived at the property. Anita was friendly on the phone and made us feel like if we needed anything she would quickly be able to assist us. Check in and out process was clear and easy. Everything was clean and we felt safe there with my small children. My kids LOVED the pool and turned on the changing color lights for night time swim. Location was perfect! So close to Publix grocery and quick drive to many beaches and restaurants. Only complaint would be there was very little hand soap in the bathrooms, but I was able to purchase some at Publix so no problem. I was also a little worried about some information being in German when I booked, but a quick email to Bernard and he sent me all I needed in English. Thank you Bernard for letting us stay in your fantastic home. We definitely hope to book again soon!

Great home away from home!

We are so happy we found this property. In the midst of all going on with the pandemic and being work from home, our family decided to pick up and move to Florida for a month. We had a few houses that we had selected but this one fit our needs the best! The house is well equipped with just about anything you could ever need. Kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, beach toys, etc. I really could go on and on. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4. I will mention that when we arrived at the property (10pm) there were some cleaning missed. I immediately took pictures and emailed the owner and by 7 am the next day the property manager was on their way to make it right. It was just a mishap with the calendar but all was resolved and she was able to answer any questions we had and all was ok. Because of the quick to resolve and the cooperation of the management, I still consider the cleanliness rating a 5. Lets go outside... the pool is amazing!!! They do have pool toys and rafts available to use which makes it nice if you can't pack it all from home. I believe we ate almost all our meals outside, even if it rained. The lanai is a great spot to unwind from the day. The pool does get very warm in the summer! We talked to the property manager and we were able turn on the pump at night which helped with cooling it down so we could swim without sweating, haha. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would run in the mornings and always see people out early and always said "Good morning!" Now for getting around... there is literally a Publix a stone throw away. Cape Coral has a lot to offer for family fun, eating, shopping, etc. Everything seemed to be with about 15 minutes so fairly close. The closest beach is Fort Myers, which is 20 minutes with traffic I would say. There is the Yacht Club that has a small beach, but it wasn't what we were looking for so we never swam there. We were able to visit many beaches on the west coast that we had never been too so the location of this house was spot on. Would we rent from here again? ABSOLUTELY!! The owner does live out of the country but is very responsive, just remember there is a time difference. The property manager is so nice and is able to assist with anything that you need since she is in Cape Coral. If you rent this property, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Bernhard for opening up your home, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Mehr als als man sich wünschen kann

Ein wunderschönes, komfortables und bestens ausgestattetes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Alles in bestem Zustand und alles sehr sauber. Vermieter und Hausverwaltung sind überaus freundlich und hilfreich. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist schön. Der nächste Supermarkt ist keine 5 Minuten (Auto) entfernt. Schöne Strände und jede Menge Infrastruktur schnell erreichbar. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist schon.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war erstklassig - absolut sauber, toller Pool, tolle Nachbarschaft (ich konnte hier auch sicher Joggen gehen). Es steht wirklich absolut alles bereit, wir haben nichts vermisst - egal ob Poolspielzeug für unsere Kinder, Handtücher, auch kleine Sitzgelegenheiten für den Strand. Anita ist eine erstklassige Verwalterin/Ansprechpartnerin - sie stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung und konnte und erstklassig weiterhelfen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Mooi huis maar buiten onderhoud kan beter

Net terug van een vakantie van 18 nachten. Op zich mooie woning, groot, netjes en prima. Het topdekmatras van de master slaapkamer mag vervangen worden. Deze hebben wij eraf gehaald. Hierdoor sliepen we beter. Helaas toch wat minpuntjes, het onderhoudt van het zwembad en de buitenomgeving kan gewoon beter. Elke week zou er een poolboy komen. Na 2 weken met anita gebeld en gemaild dat het zwembad troebel werd en dat het onkruid nog steeds in de tuin stond. Geen reacties op de mail en na bellen en bellen kregen we te horen dat ze het zou proberen iemand te regelen. Toen bernhard gemaild en dag later stond de poolboy er. Jammer dat je met de eigenaar moet gaan mailen terwijl je daarvoor de agent daar heb zitten. Jammer dat er überhaupt over geklaagd moet worden. Kregen van bernhard te horen dat het moeilijk is goede mensen te vinden maar daar hoort zo'n bedrijf die hij inhuurt voor te zorgen vinden wij persoonlijk. De omgeving vonden wij ook minder leuk dan gehoopt. Hier kan bernhard natuurlijk niks aan doen. Ondanks de minpuntjes van het huis, toch een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Hou je van reuring om je heen of veel bezienswaardigheden dan is dit niet de plek om naar toe te gaan.

Lovely, well looked after villa

Communication with the villa owner was prompt and friendly. Check in to the villa was very straightforward. The photos do not do this villa justice as it is a beautiful villa that is obviously well cared for. There is a large TV in the living room and even a socket to charge your mobile phones in the sofa. It is also extremely well stocked with essentials which is really useful when we arrived. The pool area is lovely and it was great in the morning and evening, to sit at the dining table in the shade, enjoying food or just drinks. All in all, this is a fantastic villa and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Great house with uninvited guests.

The house looked beautiful and well maintained. Very nice curb appeal. The neighborhood was quiet and near a Publix. The decor seemed a bit dated but quaint with a musty/closed up smell. The pool was serviced once a week and perfect for day Florida heat but the heater didn't work for evening swims. There were instructions but only in German. When we went to use the grill we found it full of grease and food debris. We had to clean it before using it only to run out of gas half way through cooking our meal. We looked for a back up tank but to no avail. Publix carried them. 20 bucks to exchange. What was not appreciated was the band-aid found near the entrance of the pool by one of our friends. And upon further inspection, we found uninvited guests. All around the screened in pool area was a ton of spiny orb spiders. Ants ran rampant in the kitchen, we later found out, as we were unable to enjoy a second helping of pizza with friends that day. In the kitchen at night, when turning on the lights, roaches were seen scurrying off. And the same goes for the garage. And when we found them inside the dishwasher, we just decided to wash what we had used by hand and buy disposables instead of using the dishes there. All the utensils and drawers were dirty. There was no hot water. Hospital regulation temperature is 110 degrees and the hottest the water seemed was warm. We also noticed that the towels all smelled musty. We figured the smell came from the mold/mildew in the master shower. It wasn't until we washed our clothes, that came out musty smelling, that we inspected the front loader washer and found the source of the smell. The rubber seal was full of mold. The huge screen tv appeared awesome and the recliners with adjustable headrests seamed even better, until we found crumbs in them and a pile of dirt under them. The Xfinity service was out and not accessible. It must have not been paid as we were promoted to "get the entertainment back up and running". Near the door in the master bedroom, which looked like it had been recently renovated, was a wood/pergo tile that kept shifting. We waited the next day to convey this and other concerns to the property manager whom was supposed to stop by but never did. Like the cleaning fee which was supposed to be paid in cash/check. Very suspicious. The list goes on but running out of room! Light bulbs out. Tiny garbage/recycle bins. Unmarked switches. All beds uncomfortable. Ants in bed. Pictures taken!!!

One of the best vacation rentals I stayed in

The property it’s just at listed cozy the decoration it’s beautiful clean everything you need the supermarket 2 mins drive Walmart fast food , outlets ect the pool we enjoy so much and ms Annita it’s a sweetheart thanks me Bernhard for allowing us to stay and enjoy your beautiful home we went to see my brother witch it’s cancer patient and it was a blessed to be able to stay at this property god bless you back and we definitely willl stay at this property we love itttt!

Great property, awful property manager

The decor and atmosphere of the home was spectacular. The home was immaculate inside and out. There was some confusion regarding the trash day instructions (one book was written mainly in german so we didn't pay attention to those instructions) and the other instructions were left loose. Come to find out, the correct trash day information was listed in the book mainly written in german. When we let the property manager know, she completely belittled me for not following the instructions in the german book. I explained I do not read German, and found that book pretty useless considering I spoke English. (She was a hired property manager, not the owner.) When I explained to her what instructions we followed, she continued to belittle us. There were no instructions which stated the home needed to be immaculate when we left (there were instructions on bedding, towels, etc.). We did the dishes, left them to dry in the sink and cleaned out the fridge as instructed. She berated us for having a puzzle out of place, and a water bottle which we didn't see in our boys' room. She continued to insult me (VIA TEXT) when I wasn't able to answer her calls immediately (I was boarding a plane with my two sons BY MYSELF) when she had called to discuss the rental. I tried to explain to her I was boarding a plane, however her response was "I don't care!" Absolutely rude, very inconsiderate. I would not stay here again knowing I had to deal with her for anything. It's unfortunate because the home was beautiful and a semi decent location.

What a great house. So clean and spacious. Pool was awesome and the kids loved every minute of it. Patio area is very comfortable and we used it every single night. Owners are incredibly responsive!!! Definitely 5 Stars!!!!

2nd Time Happy

This was our second stay at the house and we plan to use it for next year's trip. It is so comfortable and well kept; we felt like it was our home. Very decent dishes and pots/pans in the kitchen. The pool was delightful. We ate on the patio several days. Great to have use of the garage. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and well cared for

We enjoyed our time at the Pelican. We had everything we needed for cooking and the house is spacious and nicely located near a grocery store that we could walk to. Anita, the property manager, was wonderful in every way and responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed using the pool and the adjoining patio. The beach supplies were great to have for people who have traveled from afar. I would highly recommend the Pelican for families or friends.
