Poor amenities

The location is good, but improvements are needed for amenities and cleanliness. - No toilet paper- No water or coffee for the first day- No wine glasses- No wine opener- Shower towels need upgrading- Bed and sheets need upgrading- No curtains in the bedroom, and the bright light from outside kept me awake- The apartment feels sad due to the lack of darkness and abandoned decorationI do not recommend this apartment at this price. It is not very welcoming. I am not impressed.

Apartment needs a few repairs but would stay again

Overall we had a nice stay but we are all adults and we’re easily able to adjust to the few things that required correcting:- day of arrival we were notified that the unit we were originally booked in was not available due to a party held by the previous guests and that it needed a deep clean, so another unit was substituted. As a longtime VRBO user I can say this has never happened to me before, so was a little off putting- items like a hairdryer which are supposed to be included in the unit had to be requested for delivery - while delivery was prompt it was annoying to have to do such a thing- the property manager said he was still “getting the unit ready” which was apparent as a curtain rod had fallen down and needed to be reinstalled, there were not sufficient chairs at the table for our group of 5 people, and one of chairs was almost broken. A cupboard handle in the kitchen was hanging off, and the baseplate of the cupboards was lying on the floor where we would occasionally step on it if we weren’t careful.Antonio was very attentive and responsive and for a 3-night stay where we were largely out in the city the unit was great. Parking was easy and access to the building was nice especially with an attendant almost always at the front desk.
