Linen is priced once a booking request is made. For hygiene purposes, we do not allow BYO linen. Damaged linen (including makeup stains) may incur costs.
No smoking inside the property or outside if doors and windows are open.
No pets allowed on the property.
High chair, port-a-cot (linen for port-a-cot is BYO) and child gate available on request.
Guest access:
You will have complete access to the lower level as if it were your own. Exclusions are locked areas such as storage under the house and some other small areas that won’t affect your booking or the space. There is plenty of storage space for guests including cupboards, drawers and open wardrobes.
Other important things to note:
Noise:
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a no party policy with parties strictly forbidden and noise and music that must be kept to a minimum day and night and guests must move indoors by 11pm due to surrounding permanent residency and strict Shire regulations. This property is located on a quiet residential street. Loud music is not to be played, nor is the following behaviour acceptable:
- Aggressive behaviour;
- Loud yelling, screaming and arguing; and
- Excessive cheering, clapping and singing.
Disobeying these rules may result in a $500 breach fee and being evicted from the property without refund (in addition to any damages and additional cleaning fees).
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
Other:
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages and theft during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip per check-in instructions.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time (10.00am) and secured. All doors and windows are to be locked. All lights are to be turned off. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.
