TinyVille is very light & sunny, with beautiful views of the Waikawa River and Kapiti Island.

It is fully insulated and has large double glazed windows throughout.

Open plan living area has large French doors opening out to the deck where you can enjoy the sun, sea views & amazing sunsets.

It has a well-designed kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.

Fridge/freezer, convection microwave oven, ceramic hob & George Foreman Grill. Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied.

Fully stocked pantry & a great range of bathroom essentials available for you to use during your stay.

Stylish & interesting decor, leather sofa, Sleepyhead Balance Plush Queen bed, freshly laundered linen & cosy throws.

Also, a fabulous outdoor bath, laze back and relax in the warm bubbles with a glass of wine while gazing up at the crystal clear star studded night sky and listening to the sound of the ocean waves!

We also have InterVille next door, in case you are looking for a slightly larger space.

Guests have private access to the entire space. Entry is via a lockbox.

Please note that whilst the Tiny Home experience is fantastic, we require our guests to change the cassette toilet holding tanks and notify us when they are full (so we can change them).
