Check-in time is from 12:00 noon. Earlier check-in can be accommodated if suite is ready.

Our suite comes with an inspired bathroom with rain shower head. Fully furnished to the brim with maximum security and noiseless. Fully equipped with HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. You can login to your Netflix and watch. However, we'll restrict your access to internet if you continue to download heavy files. Smoking is highly prohibited in our property. It's also not permitted 50 meters radius away from our property. You will be evicted if you break this rule, and you'll be responsible for the extra cost for deep cleaning and dis-infecting the suite.

We have 65" Smart TV and a Reading Table. Plug in your Laptop and do your work. The kitchen is up-to-date, fully equipped with appliances like Microwave, Stove, Ovum, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Pots, Pans, Cutleries and Utensils. Please note that, oil , raw/cooked food are not included in our package. The living room has a nice open super comfy powered recliner couch. So you can experience comfort. This comfortable recliner is perfect for reading, watching TV and plain relaxing. Extending footrest when chair is reclined as you press the side button. Please use it maturedly with care and do not bounce on it.

Attached, you'll find the bedroom, with a super comfy strong QUEEN TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS, with its own closet and plenty of space to put all your luggage. An awesome peaceful Home with an amazing serenity. We provide all of our guests with whatever information they require based on the reason for your visit. Airport pick up is available with very little dollars if you want such services. Public transport and a grocery stores like Walmart, Super Store, Dollar Store, Save on Food, Canadian Tire, Banks and Gas stations are all steps away.
As Canadians, we have the spirit of excellence in hospitality. There is a multitude of options for restaurants and bars. The rooms have wide windows for natural light to make your stay enjoyable.

Although we prefer check-ins as from 12:00 noon, and check-outs no later than 11:00 am. We're flexible depending on whether we have back to back bookings. So feel free to ask us if you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, and we'll do our best to see if we can accommodate it.

Remember to switch off the lights, stove, TV, tap and all appliances when not in use. Hitting the wall, slamming the doors and screaming on top of your voice is not permitted. Parents must prevent kids from staining (Bed Wetting) our mattresses and recliner couch, This will attract extra charges. As Canadians, we are hospitable as well as value and respect diversities.

The Basement is a legal suite with private entrance. and it comes with it's own heating system / regulator. So you can independently choose your temperature. Street parking if you have a car. Furthermore, we'll like to know and approve the number of people that will be staying in the suite with you before your arrival. But note that your guest(s), or your family members are your responsibilities. Failure to comply with this policy will not be accepted.
