Garraway Estate by Tiny Away is located 1 hour away from the city of Bendigo in the locality of Adelaide Lead. This cozy holiday home offers a distinctive retreat overlooking expansive paddocks and a large dam teeming with wildlife. Perfectly positioned for exploring nearby attractions like Rosalind Park, Central Deborah Gold Mine, Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens, Golden Dragon Museum, and Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

A comfortable, 139 square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guests can access the tiny house and surrounding areas, using all roads around the property, except for those leading to the main house and the pool area.

- The nearest major airport is in Melbourne. From there, you can rent a car or take public transport to reach the property.

- Wifi is available
- Gas BBQ grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas around the property
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny home is set in a rural locality
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional
charge
- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Vodafone, and 2degrees; Weak Signals for Optus and Spark
