Nestled in the charming suburb of Asquith, this stunning three-level home offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort. With spacious living areas designed for relaxation and socializing, this property is ideal for families and groups.
On the ground floor, you'll find a beautifully equipped kitchen that flows into a cozy dining room and a welcoming living room, perfect for gatherings. Upstairs, the first floor features three bedrooms, including one with its own balcony for serene views and fresh air.
The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom, a generous walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay productive during their stay.

• Pets are allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• We will contact you with check-in and key-collection details before your arrival.
• On Tuesday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the key(s) with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.
• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport for security purposes.
