The Marais was the French nobility’s favorite place of residence.

This superb, exquisite and spacious apartment located in a nice building has a great layout comprised of two bedrooms, which have splittable king-size beds and two en suite bathrooms. There is a nice and bright living room (with a sofa bed), a separate dining room area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Rue Elzévir is situated in the Marais, a historic and aristocratic district of Paris with many outstanding buildings of architectural and historical importance. The apartment has been entirely renovated and modernized to give maximum comfort and to make your stay unforgettable.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.
