Propriété moderne en bord de mer rénovée en 2012

Deux grandes terrasses couvertes à l'avant et à l'arrière offrent un grand espace de vie extérieur. Deux tables à manger en plein air, meubles de jardin en rotin, lit de repos et chaises longues. Haut-parleurs extérieurs à l'avant et à l'arrière également.

La chambre principale donne sur l’eau et vous vous réveillez en admirant la vue sur l’océan.

La deuxième chambre contient un lit queen

Belle cuisine design, a toutes les dernières technologies et appareils.

Détendez-vous dans le salon équipé de la pompe à chaleur / de la climatisation Fujitsu. Choisissez une vue sur la mer ou regardez un DVD sur la télévision LED 55 "avec son surround Bose et Sky TV.

À l'extérieur, vous trouverez deux lits de couchage, l'un contenant un lit king-size et l'autre une reine avec des tiroirs, etc.
Super piscine avec vue sur Tutukaka et les Poor Knights (des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent)

Cet endroit est vraiment génial .. d'où pourquoi nous l'appelons Pataua Fiji :)

Il est très bien équipé et se trouve à 5 pas de la plage exactement comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. Une demi-heure de route de Whangarei. Deux plages de surf à dix minutes à pied.

Great for relaxing

The back doors open right to views and the water. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and clean, this is a great property for a vacation. The host responded to my questions and was very helpful.

Magnificant

The bach an location is just wonderful. Couldnt ask for more, enjoyed countless walks with my little dog, who just loved it here. The views are outstanding, and Cassie was soo helpful, asking every question promptly and helpfully. Will certainly be back. Thankyou for sharing your beautifully renovated bach with the public. Maybe the dream for me will become a reality !

Lovely view

enjoyed the stay but your bathroom cleaning eg mould and maintenance is letting you down. The big bbq the knobs are stuck so won’t ignite, outdoors hand held shower head didn’t work , vacumn didn’t work but despite the rain we had a lovely time

Nice spot right on the beach-only used the main 2 bedrooms.

The instructions for help was for someone living in Wellington-had a couple of problems with equipment so unable to resolve and no response from owners which was a bit sad.

Great view and position right by the water. Main house not large but very nice and well equipped. Recommend leaving some space in the kitchen cupboards for guests to leave their groceries.

Great bach with everything you need

After renting an alternative Pataua Bach for the last 12 years we were dissapointed when the owners sold up. Not wanting to loose our annual tradition we looked for another and Pataua Fiji did not dissapoint. In fact every corner of the way from booking to checkign in and even while we were there we were impressed with the entire process and the incredible fitout which has everything you need from a large fridge to filtered chilled and boiling water on tap. As usual there were a few small issues which were quickly rectified by the owner, who throughout the booking process was incredibly flexible especially after some unexpected date changes on our side.

Wonderful - well appointed Kiwiana

The Bach is lovely and the photo’s do not do it justice. It is incredibly well equipped although there were no bulbs in the bedside lamps in the second bedroom and there are only 3 pegs but neither thing impacted our stay and only mention as it seemed pretty odd considering the remaining aspects were pretty near perfect. Lovely neighbourhood excluding one grumpy man who ripped me a new one for my dog digging a hole in the sand - he was on a long lead but apparently must only stay within the confines of the property! All good though - he couldn’t diminish our holiday joy.

Amazing Property

The photos of this property don't do it justice! Great location, great facilities, nice modern kitchen. Only downfall was the lighting situation in the rooms out back - think there was dodgy wiring - as lights didn't work - and strangely a lack of lightbulbs in the house. (we were looking to replace the bulb - but figured out it was a wiring issue) Lovely home - plenty of space for the seven of us. Will definitely book again in the future!

Almost perfect

With a bit more attention to us coming it would have been nicer . No hammock or cushions on the outdoor furniture was really disappointing. Weeds on the deck and the last persons rubbish was in the bin and a dog spread it all over the lawn overnight . Yay I spent my first morning picking up 4 ripped bags of garbage. Only one kayak with no life jacket .The property has a great location we enjoyed our stay exploring just missed the mark for us with

Totaly loved Pataua Fiji. Everything we needed and a beautiful place to relax. Cassie and Lawrence really put the place together thinking of all the mod cons and making sure everyone is comfortable. Cant wait to see what its like in winter. Thanks again Cassie and Lawrence. Bobby and family.

Perfect Bach

This bach was fantastic, ideal location right on the water and great facilities. Highly recommend to anyone to stay here, we had such a nice stay in the middle of winter I can only imagine how perfect it would be in summer time.

Excellent location, beautiful views right on a safe estuary beach and five minute walk to surf beach...perfect for families. Lovely renovated Bach with everything you could need for a great holiday. Owners have put lots of thought,and money,into providing top quality furnishings, bbq, kitchen ,tv and awesome sound system. Heaps of outdoor furniture and lovely spa. Lots of hot water and nice big shower. Nice clean, new whitewear and stove etc. like staying in a show home on the beach!
