Very relaxing. Bedrooms were a little snug but we worked around that. The 1/2 bath was a great aspect of this cottage. When we rented we were under compression it was only one bath. McGowan Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing they could use an upgrade in this house is a central air-conditioning. It works good, but not great when we showed up at the house. It was 80° and it was shut off for some reason. Don’t know why also the previous tenant left us without propane and a dirty grill. Also didn’t put the trash in bags and they will not take it unless you do. I did mention this to Martha Marie and they were very professional rented this house for six years and hope to rent it for at least six more.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the grill was dirty and out of propane. Our cleaners are supposed to fire it up and clean them. If you run into this in the future, please give us a call so we may send someone over to change the propane out and clean the grill! Amazing Location

The location and proximity to the beach and the layout of the house and property was perfect for our family with 3 young children. The only issue we had was the state of the outdoor grill - old and falling apart and unable to get it lit with even a slight breeze. We loved it and look forward to coming back!

The views were stunning; the sky was different every day - each one better than the one before. The "party house" next door was unexpected, but not a real problem. The ants were kind of a bummer. The bedrooms are tiny. No room even for suitcases! Still, overall a fab experience.

Fabulous beach getaway

Adorable, newly renovated beachfront home. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are really comfortable — isn’t that what really matters? The kitchen is very well appointed, with new appliances. The location is perfect — literally 10 step from the porch to the semi-private beach. Hope to go back year after year.
