Nager, pêche, surf, kayak, voile, barbecue, bronzer dans votre jardin. Une courte promenade dans les restaurants, les magasins, les plages publiques ou les hôtels pour louer des jet skis, des kayaks ou des parasail. It is a small but comfortable place to stay right on the beach. I’ve never slept so close to the ocean.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Great location, private, great views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for day trips. Great communication from owners, very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

Cute property

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

Oceanfront Getaway

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

We have been spoiled for any other place on the cape. Very nice home, great location close to everything. And probably the best view from any house on the cape. Love the decor and everything about it!!!

On the ocean

This place was perfect for us. You can't get any closer to the ocean at such a reasonable price. It was nice having your own little beach spot with your own beach chairs . Will be returning in the future.

Absolutely Incredible!

This home is amazing. I really have no words to describe the LOCATION. When you sit IN the house, you feel as if you are ON the beach. Its like having your living room on the sand. You can only understand what Im saying by experiencing it. Beautifully appointed decor and soooo cozy. Quiet, peaceful, breathtaking views - sunrise to sunset. Don’t miss this gem. Look no further!

Dream location!!

This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Beautiful Place to relax and Enjoy Life

Arrived and all was as advertised, if not better. We were blown away by the ocean views from the living room. Place was spotless, and ready for occupancy. This is such a great spot to relax and look at the ocean tides roll in and out, take a long walk down the beach, cook out on the grill, or just sit in the living room and relax with the sounds of the ocean waves. We will return next year!

Perfect ! Ocean at your door!

Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

Our Dream gateway!!!!

We had an amazing 3 days staying at the Seawitch. This place is absolutely breathtaking...we stayed with two toddlers and had plenty of room. Girls enjoyed easy access to the beach, as well as a small private play area. We appreciated morning coffee on the deck, with the most gorgeous view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and will rave about it for a while. Thank you!

Birthday getaway

Maybe a bit pricey depending on availability but as advertised and worth the money. I had a nice 2 day stay. The beach is cleaner than others which was nice. Getting in and out of the address onto the road was relatively easy and quick to get into town and back. Would be top notch if pets were allowed but its understandable. Nice kitchen, bedroom and small but cozy bathroom. Lots of places to relax and move around. Pretty quiet and a view you dont want to miss. Id love to come back for a equal or longer stay.

Beach retreat

The location was absolutely amazing! Right on the beach! It was a little tight for four people and could use some more lighting! The listing says there is an outdoor shower but it is not enclosed. Also on the deck there were wires inside of an old outlet that were visible. But we still had a great time and the water was beautiful!!

Lives up to all the raving reviews and then some!

This was my first time at the Cape and this little house was absolutely PERFECT for my family of 4. My daughter is 4yo and my son is just over 1. Everything from its size, location, amenities was exactly what we hoped our trip to be. Here are some of the highlights about this place... 5min drive to all the major supermarkets and places to eat Secluded feel without being too remote for us city slickers Amazing view during the day and even at night! Small but has a lot of charm Clean Two full size beds (one fold out) Private backyard great for little kids to play in the sand Private parking up front We all liked this place enough that we are already thinking about going back next year!

Perfect beachside getaway!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this amazing cottage. My girlfriends and I celebrated my birthday weekend at this awesome spot- we enjoyed sunbathing on the beach, swimming, kayaking, and yoga on the deck. It was such a relaxing and wonderful weekend! Even inside the cottage you have the benefit of amazing ocean views and can hear the ocean right outside. As if the beach location, multiple decks, outdoor shower, and glass doors wasn't enough-- the inside is decor is lovely with a funky retro vibe and plenty of space to cook, relax and enjoy the view. It was so hard to leave this serene place and we can't wait to go back again. The owners were super accommodating and even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better 29th birthday! Thank you!

Don’t Trust Property Pictures

There were so many things wrong I will attempt to list them; various lights not working, various outlets nit working, screens were ripped one whole screen had to come down others had holes, bedroom bed had springs come out of it, invested with ants, the refrigerator died on us owner brought us a dorm size fridge! But we lost all our food that was in it! Stick up lights in the kitchen kept falling down owner had to bring over batteries. Murphy pull down bed very uncomfortable we had to go out and buy an air mattress to sleep on. For the price we paid it was totally a rip off to say the least. What a major disappointment it was since we had it for 2 weeks the owners do not keep up with repairs obviously. Dee & Gary

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

We are attorneys in the Boston area but spend most of the summers on Cape with our 5 children. We all love cape cod, the ocean and beach. We purchased this beach house in 2012 (had my eye on it for years :) We have also owned two neighboring oceanfront homes on this same street since 2001 with a proud unblemished record of delighted vacationers. We assure you that this is a high quality accommodation, a clean, comfortable and gorgeous oceanfront property, a perfect location for Cape Cod vacationing. Feel free to also read the rave reviews posted about our properties next door, which is the same great location, on our listings at VRBO homeaway listings #105984 and #105982. Beware-- Once you rent oceanfront on Cape Cod, you'll never go back inland or even to the Bay side. Enjoy these warmer waters and gorgeous views!

Once you go Oceanfront, you never go back!! Can't ask for a better vacation spot right on the Ocean with a private beach and a short stroll to restaurants and many activities! Free use of our double ocean kayak--if you are bringing a child it is large enough to ride a 3rd person(child) in the center. Short stroll to a playground with swings on the beach, restaurants, water park, watersports rental, parasail, jet ski, boats. This is an Oceanfront dream home, great for either romantic gettaway or family vacation fun.

Private sandy beach and private deck directly on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Panoramic ocean views and ocean breezes! Step out and Relax on the beach in our lounge chairs or enjoy a swim in the ocean. Recently purchased furnishings, mattresses, bedding, cookware, new snow white leather sectional, Pier One rattan swing chair, and acrylic see thru dining set adorn the living room to maintain the unobstructed panoramic views. Also Free use of our double kayak to navigate in the ocean or down the Parkers River.
