Notre rue soutient un parcours de golf de championnat pour ceux qui aiment l'heure de départ. Une grande terrasse avec un grill et un patio permet de se divertir et de se détendre, ou vous pouvez conduire cinq minutes pour faire une croisière au homard au départ de Sesuit Harbor. Les niveaux principal et inférieur climatisés permettent aux espaces spacieux et confortables pour une grande famille ou deux de s'étendre confortablement. La suite principale comprend un lit king-size Sleep Number et une salle de bains privative. La maison comprend une cuisine bien équipée, une buanderie au niveau principal, une douche extérieure, un garage surdimensionné pour 2 voitures avec un grand parking, 3 télévisions par câble et le wifi. Un canoë, un kayak, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets, des jeux et des livres sont disponibles pour votre plaisir. Reunion on the Cape

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Beautiful home on the Cape

Our stay was lovely. The home is very spacious and super clean. The deck is beautiful and overlooks a lovely yard and pond. Great place to read and have coffee. My parents really enjoyed sitting in the four seasons porch room. It has sliding doors and stayed cool with the AC. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice place to cook and still be able to chat with family in the sitting/living room. My husband loved the basement level with its own bathroom/living room and walk out to another outside sitting area and outside shower. The four beds down there were wasted on us but great place for older kids. The bathrooms upstairs were nice and updated. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. Carol was lovely and was quick to trouble shoot and issues that might come up. My dad did get a canoe out in the pond and caught two bass. The beaches are about a 15 minute or so drive away but getting the weekly beach pass was well worth it. We really enjoyed Scargo Lake after a day at the ocean. Great swimming. Very small suggestions: having some hooks or towel racks. Also could use a bit more lighting on the porch and by the keyless entry door. Grilling was tough in the dark. But we did accidentally leave our meat thermometer on the fridge. Ooops. That will help! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.

Beautiful property

Great house, sunroom is so beautiful overlooking the pond, all amenities as described. Carol was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, she arranged for us to get into the property one hour early (much appreciated) and even delivered extra kitchen towels to us when we found only one in the house. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great House and Location!

We had a great time at the house, and ti was our first trip to the Cape. It is exactly as presented and was very clean. The beach was a short drive from the house, and we appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available to use. The house is very spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Back Porch with a View

The pond is lovely, and there are a variety of seating areas in which to convene, ranging from a lovely deck, to a sunroom, to a large kitchen/family room. The house is well stocked with books, games and toys in case the weather does not cooperate!

Wonderful house on the Cape

We have been going to the Cape during the summer for many years and this is, without a doubt, the best house we have stayed in. The house is beautiful and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We found the house to be very clean and extremely well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, laundry room and beach chairs etc, (too much to list all). Carol responded to all of our inquiries expeditiously. The beds are very comfortable. The house is large and roomy. The view of the pond is exquisite. What more can I say other than I hope we have the opportunity to stay here on our future visits to the Cape. Thank you Carol for your hospitality!

Excellent property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carol and Nick's home! The house was huge, impeccably clean, and had literally everything we needed! The kids loved having an entire gigantic floor to themselves, and we all enjoyed morning coffees in the sunroom and evening dinners on the deck overlooking the pond. Carol and Nick were incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. This place comes as advertised and I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

5 star service

We had a fabulous stay at Carol’s house with my family. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host who put as much effort into making their guests feel welcome as she did for us. The true measure of good service always comes when things don’t go to the original plan. This is where she shined! We had something break while we were in the house, and she was on it, and got it repaired immediately. During that process she kept is informed the entire time, and then followed up after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The house itself is great, we had a full house of 10 guests, and everyone was comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck or in the sun room if it was a bit too hot outside. Dinner’s on the deck every night looking over the pond, and sunsets at the nearby beach. Hopefully we’ll be back!!

Great home, location and host!

This home met all our needs! Family consisted of grandparents, parents and 4 children.Plenty of room for everyone! A great place to relax after the beach! Carol was easy to contact and was so gracious to respond to our every need or question. We hope we can stay there again the next time we visit beautiful Cape Cod!

Large family

Such a great space for a large family. Everything was as expected. A couple things would have made the stay a little more comfortable with better pillows and sheets. I know that I go a little above and beyond with them at my place. It was a great stay and the hosts were exceptional at keeping us informed about the stay.

A Cape Cod Wedding

I loved the neighborhood. The view of the pond was wonderful. And we were 5 to 7 minutes driving to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a wonderful wedding weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Cape Cod Perfect

The ideal house for our family with plenty of space and all the amenities. We shared breakfasts and some dinners on the deck over looking the natural setting of Cedar Pond, quiet relaxation and great fun with our grandkids. Our hosts responded very quickly to all inquiries and thought of every detail to welcome us into their home and make the most of our vacation. The location is ideal for the majority of Cape attractions that we hold dearest yet far away from the bustle of typical Cape traffic. The place to unwind, build memorable times with family and friends and experience the beauty of what the Cape has to offer. This house and hosts deserve the highest recommendation.

Fabulous Cape Cod Home!

We have been vacationing on the Cape for 30+ years, with our family and friends. This is one of the best properties we have ever had the pleasure to rent. It is truly a home! VRBO can be filled with rental properties, but this house was a home shared by our host Carol. Too many amenities to mention them all here - but you feel like you're staying in your own house. Dishes, glasses, kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds, lots of room, outdoor gear - you name it. AND the pond! only down side is you can't swim in it, (too weedy) but my husband fished every day and caught many different kinds of Bass. Loved staying here !!

Family reunion

Excellent location, close to family. Very cozy but not on top of each other. My spouse went fishing every morning on the pond, best part of his vacation. Big hit was the outdoor shower. We enjoyed it tremendously and we would recommend this place for anyone with families. Keep in mind you do need to bring your own linens or rent them.

Amazing outlet and amazing renters

This property is stunning. It was very clean and tidy. One of my favorite parts of this rental, though, was the renters. Carol was so kind and thoughtful. Our family had lots of moving parts and coordinating this trip and she was patient and helpful. Our family hopes to come back again!

Unbeatable view and exceptional location

Our stay at Carol’s house was great! The pond view was breathtaking. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We traveled with three boys aged 6 through 12. They loved canoeing and fishing in the lake and wished to spend the whole summer here. :) The host was very prompt in responding to our questions and check in and check out was smooth. Would definitely like to return to this house in the future.

We live in Pennsylvania and have been spending summers and holidays at the cape for many years. I have traveled all over the world and this is our favorite place to vacation! We would like you to share in similar fun-filled times with many happy memories we have been fortunate to experience in this family home.

This has been our family home for 41 great years. There are gorgeous beaches and the pond actually sparkles many days. There are great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous things to do for all ages nearby. East Dennis has less traffic than many of the busier towns and the scenic route 6A. It is easily accessible for swimming, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, live and screen theaters, go karts, and more.
