Get ready to create great memories for you, your family and your friends! This property has it all - gas fireplace, large, well-appointed kitchen, fantastic deck with AMAZING views and plenty of room for sleeping 7 comfortably. There are 3 newly remodeled full bathrooms and an on-site washer and dryer. The attached garage is equipped with boot/glove warmers so that you can start your day on the slopes with warm hands and feet! There is a free shuttle located at the end of the parking lot that will whisk you away to town or to the slopes with ease. Slide into an inviting hot tub to ease sore muscles and relax after exploring all that Breckenridge has to offer. Gather together at the Clubhouse to play pool or shuffleboard. The Clubhouse also offers an outdoor firepit to gather around for s'mores and storytelling. There are grills at the Clubhouse or right outside your unit building to make a dinner to remember. When the sun sets on your day, sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa on your private deck or next to your cozy fireplace. This truly is "The Good Place!"

This is a tri-level property. Guests may enter through the garage on the lower lever or through the main entryway of the building with steps leading up to the front door of the unit. The lower level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and a garage. The upper level has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area and private deck. The downstairs bedrooms have one room with a queen bed and attached bathroom and another bedroom with a bunkbed and a twin bed. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed.

Great views and well stocked !

Overall, very happy. Positives were the communication with the owner, allowed early check in, kitchen is very well stocked, shampoo and conditioner provided, AMAZING views. Negatives were that it was an older building, hot tub was broken, thin walls.

Great place!

Great place to stay. My favorite part was definitive the view. It is so beautiful to watch the weather change and watch storms come up over the mountains. So lovely. The place was cozy and the hot tub was almost always available. The only thing I didn’t really realize from the listing is that there are units above you. Overall great place to stay!

Phenomenal View

The condo is roomy and very comfortable. Quiet area. The deck is large! Morning coffee with a gorgeous view of all the ski area. Sunshine on the mountain in the morning is breathtaking. Noelle is one of the best hosts we have dealt with over the years of using VRBO. She responded in a matter of minutes when called. She also has a GREAT personality - fun to deal with. The condo had everything we needed - wonderful w/d! You can not go wrong with this Condo and Owner.

Great spot for our first family trip to Breck

We had a baby, so having the high chair and baby bed was great. We loved the living room, fire place, and view! We enjoyed the hot tub just steps away from the unit too. Check in was easy, the owner was so responsive, and it is a 6 minute drive to the slopes.

We loved staying here overall. The Hot Tub and common areas were top notch and very clean as well as the response from the manager... Be ready to get used to altitude, 10,500 feet.. We Floridians are used to sea level...

Great Time in Breckenridge

The condo was very nice and cozy. It has a great view of the mountains. It was clean and comfy! When we arrived the keys were not at the front desk. We called the number, the guy was there in about 3 minutes and had us all ready to go. It was a great stay!!

Mountain Retreat for Skiers

This location gives cozy cabin vibes and is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. It was clean, and well-equipped with games and any essentials you could ever need for your stay. For those who ski, it is conveniently located near the slopes. We had some unfortunate and unforeseen events occur that were outside of the host’s control, but they were very responsive and handled the matter promptly.

Property was well stocked. Appreciated the little things like spices, shampoo, laundry detergent. Only thing I would like to of seen was a gate at top of stairs, but that’s being picky. It was a great property and I’d recommend to anyone.

A beautiful condo, secluded on the mountain side, close enough to town to take advantage of Breckenridge, but far enough away to feel secluded. A beautiful view of the entire Breckenridge Valley. one of the best appointed kitchens I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. The owners exceptionally nice and easy to get a hold of. overall a definite five star

Great view of the mountain but the hot tub was out of service

The location was perfect and the view was as advertised. The property was not very clean when we arrived. Generally outdated interior. Toilet in the master was broken when we arrived. Property manager had it fixed during our stay. Very disappointed that the advertised hot tub was out of service for what appears to have been an extended period of time.

Breck property

This property is in need of updating. The carpet is old and the bathrooms are tiny. The view is amazing and the hot tub location are the best aspects of this property. Some parts of the kitchen are updated but they hung a countertop microwave above the stove with no vent or light. Corners were cut in the updating of the kitchen. If you have someone staying above this property you will hear every step they make. We let the property manager know the washer wasn’t working properly and the water was turned off to the washer due to a leaky value. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was more updated, ie, new flooring, updated bathrooms.

Great place that needs just a little maintenance

The views are breathtaking, communications with host prompt and efficient. Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub in the building was super nice. Place needs a little upkeeping. Top of fridge hasn't been cleaned in a while and you can see a thick layer of dust. Window in the main bedroom has a draft and doesn't close properly and the toilet in that same bathroom will not stop leaking water so I had to close the valve under the sink every time i flushed. This is a great and convenient place with just a couple of things missing to make it fantastic.

Best Views in Town!

We all enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo! The views were AMAZING! Easy check in/out process! Wonderful to have coffee stocked and ziplock bags, spices, the little things! Plenty of room for our family and just a cute, cozy place to stay! You are in a condo and can hear others coming/going. Other than that, fantastic! Close to everything!

Perfect!

Our stay at Woodmoor was great! The view is incredible and we could not have asked for better! The home had everything we needed. It was quiet and tucked away but still close enough to drive down to Main St. Overall it was fantastic!

We live in Castle Rock, Colorado and love spending time in Breckenridge. We love adventure and can't get enough of National Parks. We love to go off-roading and sailing. We have always wanted a place to get away in this beautiful town and be able to share it with others.

We love this neighborhood for its views and easy access to town. It is truly peaceful as it is above the hustle and bustle of town. It is super easy to get to the town on the bus so you can access all the great activities in the area.
