This beautiful third-floor vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for four with three additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the three bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking view from this unit and so much more.

Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental.
Azure is undergoing a beautification process beginning in August 2025 Please be patient with our progress

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved everything about this place. Super clean and everyone was very welcoming! The one thing I would suggest is to put a higher lock on the front door for parents peace of mind. Toddlers/kids love to open doors.

Azure 323

323 was nicely decorated and has everything you need. The balcony was really big and had a lot of furniture! It is on the end so the walk to the elevator and beach is longer than expected. There were roaches in the guest bathroom by the tub! Other than the roach issue we really enjoyed dour stay!!!

As advertised

Very clean upon arrival. This property has people constantly cleaning, sweeping and blowing the halls and stairs that connect the units. Beach was beautiful. Nice to have beach service included. This unit is the last unit at the end of the property located near the public beach access. There was some noise from cars at times but it did not ruin our stay. Staff we interacted with were nice and friendly. This unit has every amenity we could have needed. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Check in and check out was a breeze with the app.

Great condo!

The place was clean and furnishings were very comfortable. Although it wasn’t a beach front condo, the balcony was nice. It had easy access to the stairs which was the fastest way to get across the road to eat at Stewby’s! It is however far away from the elevator that gets you to the parking garage. We did think the bedding was quite thin and wished coffee filters had been provided! (Ha!) Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing!!!

This condo was perfect. It was clean and located on a great spot on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and all the amenities. The staff were very helpful. This was our second trip to Azure but first time staying in this condo. We will definitely chin back.

Clean & comfy unit at a great property. The only negative is the location of the unit - it’s at the very end of hallway & there is no quick/convenient way to get to the lobby or parking.

Overall loved the place. The mattress in master bed was hood, the second bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. A cutting board would be nice. Knives need to be sharpened. Our granddaughter (3) slept in the last bedroom. Light coming in the room was very bright at night. Need a way to darken the front room

Excellent condo!

Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Excellent location. Staff at Azure is outstanding. Two great pools - one heated. Large, well furnished deck.. End unit, so lots of windows. ONLY negative is that it is on back corner of building so a long trek through the building to get to pool/beach, plus some traffic noise from busy street.

Great stay....

Azure 323 is a lovely and spacious unit. Bedrooms are very well situated to allow everyone to have their personal space. Kitchen had every essential item. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the beach was wonderful! The only drawback was they only provide 3 trash bags, 2 rolls of bathroom tissue, and 4 towels for 6 people. We had to make Dollar Store run!
