Azure 119 is a gorgeous Italian themed first-floor condo nestled on the side of Azure, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy a gorgeous, coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico with direct access to the beach walkway right from the oversized balcony. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom and one guest bedroom, a twin-over-double bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 119 accommodates up to nine guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event on Okaloosa Island, Azure 119 has every accommodation needed for a truly picturesque beach vacation. Monthly rentals are welcome. Upon entering, you will find both of the guest bedrooms on each side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the right offers a large king-size bed along with a 32-inch mounted flat-screen television and DVD player. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hallway, and features a single vanity surrounded by a granite countertop, along with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the left includes a twin-over-double bunk bed along with a 24-inch flat-screen television and DVD player, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The fully-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the hallway and includes elegant granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of storage space. Enjoy all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Beachfront Condo with a View

Easy beach access through our patio door, although our bottom-floor corner room didn't have much of a view. I would recommend a higher room at this property if you want a better view.

Spring Break 2024

Right by the beach! Loved the space. Clean. Rules are strict. Didn’t know not to hang the towels over the balcony, got a notice, BUT I didn’t read the rules so that’s on me. Def will stay here again. Family had a great stay.

Azure 119

Lovely first floor condo. Nice and roomy with 3 bedrooms. Having 2 kings bed rooms was awesome! The only improvement I suggest is the master jet tub didn’t work. But other than that we loved the easy access to the pool and hot tubs and beach and parking deck! All around would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your home!

There were several dead and alive cockroaches found during out stay. The floors were filthy. Our feet were almost black walking on them. The master bedroom bed is broken and sags terrible.

Nice room, poor communications with Vacasa prior to & during our stay.

PROS : 1 - Room ready & clean upon arrival. 2 - Maintenance arrived very quick to fix 3 out of 4 TV's that were not working (reboot & new remote required) - Vacasa Maintenance rep very polite. 3 - Coffee pot was missing key part(s) - Vacasa rep delivered new replacement later same day. 4 - it was nice to see the ID bands in our condo to facilitate pool access - especially after witnessing security ask some folks to leave the pool when they advised they were staying elsewhere on the beach. CONS : 1 - Coffee pot missing key part(s); 2 - Tub in front would NOT drain - later repaired by maintenance; 3 - We've stayed @ Azure for 10 yrs now & this was the 1st time we've heard boom box's on the beach & in the condo - especially late @ nite; 4 - Dog barking in the unit above us quite a bit was disturbing...... We thought animals were NOT allowed @ Azure ????? 5 - On the day prior to our departure we rec'd a phone call from Vacasa with Q's while we were driving. We advised the Vacasa rep that the info she was wanting to confirm was on our laptop @ the condo. We asked if we could call back upon our return. We called back within the hour & were unable to speak with anyone. We left a msg that we were returning Vacasa's call & asked for a call back. It's now 3 days later & that call has yet to come. 6 - We left Thurs between 7-8 am. 90 minutes later @ 9:30 am, we rec'd a text from Vacasa advising that we needed to advise Vacasa when we were leaving & left info as to what we were supposed to do to our room. We tried replying via "reply" & it would NOT go thru; 7 - Per above, we've stayed @ Azure often during the last 10 years & did our normal "departure routine" of running the dishwasher prior to our departure & cleaning the lint from the dryer trap. We were uncertain as to what to do with the bedding & towels & had hoped to clear that up via phone or text - but Vacasa never replied to our text(s) or called us back per our request(s). Bottom Line: Azure might be OFF our radar for future visits. Regardless where we stay in the future it's pretty safe to say we'll NOT be using Vacasa for any future bookings.

Great Location

We love Azure and it’s location on Ft. Walton Beach. Condo was clean and perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The large bathtub and bunk beds were a hit with the kids and they loved quick access to the beach and pool. I appreciated the adequate amount of clothes hangers in the closet too. Our only minimal complaints would be the thermostat seemed to have a timer set to automatically go back up to 71+ at certain times of day and we knew because the room would be warmer and we would have to go knock it back down to sleep. The sliding glass door lock didn’t seem to work but luckily they provided wood to sit in the track for night time. The dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a small load; because of this, more bath towels would be an asset to not have to wash/dry during your stay. Overall the location and the nice and clean resort itself is worth the stay here!

Excellent location, no view

Big place, clean and comfortable. End unit: faces building next door. Nice pool. Beach is a short walk away (under 5 minutes). Bring a Fire Stick for the TV.

Perfect condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and could have had 2 more stay with us on the pull out couch. I appreciated that the listing did say the condo does not face the beach but in all honesty it doesn’t matter. Having the location on the 1st floor was so convenient. And the kitchen has anything and everything you you need. The complex is great and loved that the condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Also, the location is awesome as we walked everywhere for dinners. Only negative was the dryer did not work. We will be back!

Family Vaca

The condo and room was nice. Very equipped with everything we needed. It was a little dirty. Mostly under the beds sofa and on the rugs. The main door to the patio would not open all the way all the time. So that was very aggravating. The staff was great and very kind. Will stay again, maybe try another room.

Clean, comfy, close to beach access and pools

We loved our stay here. Unit was clean upon arrival, all beds were comfy and clean. The apartment is close to the beach and pool access. Very nice staff in the front desk. The complex is nice and location is good. Great for families with small children. Unit includes one beach umbrella and 2 chairs which we loved! Definitely very satisfied with Vacasa.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The Azure property is beautiful. It is well kept, has good amenities (pool, direct beach access, covered parking), and the kids were especially impressed by the fountain in the courtyard.

Great home away from home.

The unit was beautifully decorated and definitely exceeded my expectations. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The main floor entry to the pool was convenient. Although, the view was not the best. In fact, ot was awful. The vacasa staff was AMAZING!!! I've rented through v**o and vacasa and there NO COMPARISON... vacasa definitely the way to go!!!

Not ocean view

This property has a view of public bathrooms and public walk thru to the beach. The dunes are too high to see the beach from this condo. You cannot go to the pool or beach out the back like it says because you cannot lock sliding glass doors when leaving so you have to go all the way around thru main lobby if you want to lock up while at the beach. I suggest you do! The porch and couch were dirty.The floors were not mopped they got your feet dirty if walking barefoot inside. The remote for tv had nasty tape holding the battery on it and with covid that seems really gross how many germs are on that tape. It looked and felt dirty. We have stayed at Azure before and had a great clean condo but this one rm. 119 was not that clean. No views.

Escape from reality

Easy Access to the pool, beach and garage. Plethora of Carts to use from the lobby to get your luggage to and from your vehicle. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, etc and was not lacking. Beds were comfy and there was enough room for our family and to put a pack in play in one of the front bedrooms.
