***Beginning August 11, 2025 until March 2026, Azure will begin Phase 2 of their Exterior Renovation. Starting in the 19-23 stacks and moving backwards to the 01 stacks. During this time, construction noise will be from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. As of 11/7/25, Azure 416 balcony work is complete and walkways are open for 4th floor.
Dates are subject to change with the weather, and we will update as we are made aware.
