Wake up whenever you want to! There's a large, private beach-front balcony that is perfect for enjoying coffee while listening to the comforting sound of the waves and looking out over the gem colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sky transforms into vivid pastel colors in the evenings, especially in January & February if you like to enjoy a beverage on the balcony in the late afternoons. Guests quickly become fans of Perdido Key once they experience the laid back vibe of this unique vacation destination. Historical Rosamund Johnson Beach is just a short walk down the beach to the east. It is well known for the 8 amazing miles of pristine natural coastline that belongs to the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
SunRise at Sandy Key is located in the far east Tower 1. This is a well maintained unit in one of Perdido Key's most popular beach resorts. Sandy Key offers premium amenities like 2 swimming pools and one pool is heated year round for off-season comfort. There is also a hot tub, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and outdoor grills. This condo has an open floor plan that sweeps out to a large, partially covered balcony. The light, bright kitchen is fresh and modern and fully equipped for preparing everything from snacks to gourmet meals. If you don't want to cook - no worries. SunRise at Sandy Key very comfortably sleeps 8 with the use of the sleeper sofa. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bathroom offers a King sized Sleep Number Bed for a luxurious night's sleep. The bedroom is en suite and offers an extra large shower. The bedroom walks out on to the gulf-front balcony via a sliding glass door. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds to sleep 4 guests. There are televisions in both bedrooms and also in the well appointed family room. Hopefully, no one has to work remotely while at the beach, but if something comes up, the family room has an office desk and chair with view. Everyone in the meeting will be impressed if the Blue Angels flew past in the middle of your meeting!
