Venez découvrir notre magnifique condo neuf sur le 9e fairway du golf de Kiahuna. Notre tout nouveau condo est situé dans un endroit parfait pour voir à la fois des vues lointaines sur l'océan et des vues lointaines sur les montagnes. Nous avons une belle véranda où vous pouvez profiter du soleil et profiter de l'extérieur. Notre superbe condo dispose de la climatisation centrale, d'appareils électroménagers complets, de deux suites parentales avec lits king-size et d'une plus petite chambre queen. Détendez-vous sur votre véranda et profitez de ces vues sur l'océan! Le plan d'étage est spacieux et offre trois chambres séparées chacune avec leur propre salle de bain et beaucoup d'intimité. Dans le salon, nous avons beaucoup de sièges avec une télévision intelligente de 65 pouces à la pointe de la technologie. Nous avons également des téléviseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres.

Exquisite Island Vibes condo

This was an amazing location view of golf course and ocean. Clean, organized and well equipped. Owners and property manager provided contact information and answered us right away when we had some questions and/or concerns. We will definitely stay again at this place and recommend it to other family and friends. Even though it is located upstairs it was well worth it. The Lanai is furnished with comfortable seating and so relaxing!

Absolutely Above and Beyond

No questions about a 5.0 rating condo from previous guests living in this unit. Now I wish that I can give it a 6.0. Top lines appliances, all amenities you think you need for your stay, and they are all provided. Simply excellent. I recommend this condo for those who want to get your fee worth during your vacation.

Relaxation At It’s Best

The condo was extremely well stocked, very clean and beautifully furnished. The lanai was perfect for our morning coffee and discussions about the sights we would be embarking on. We were able to see several rainbows across the golf course, as well as different birds and a rooster family. The pool was very nice and the facility well taken care of. The location put us very close to the Spouting Horn, the Glass Beach and the military base. Watching the turtles come ashore at sunset on the Poipu Beach was a wonderful sight. The docent volunteers on the beach shared many facts about the turtles. This condo was perfect for us and we would recommend it to anyone that is looking for relaxation at it’s best.

Could not have had a better stay!

We’re so thankful we chose to stay at this property! Not a single detail was left out when this was listed as a rental for folks to enjoy themselves on Kauai. We’ve stayed in a handful of VRBO’s on the mainland, but this condo is top notch. Everything…location, perfect size, cleanliness, three comfortable bedrooms and beds, awesome patio/lanai, kitchen appliances/accessories, games, beach gear, cold AC, everything down to the ice packs and spices available for use in the cabinets. Everything was 100% perfect and we highly recommend this property if you want to have a great place to come home to in the evenings. Thank y’all!!!

The Perfect Place in Paradise

Carolyn’s condo was the perfect place for our stay on Kauai. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and all were very comfortable. This condo has high-end appliances and extras - everything you could possibly need. The pool is close by and lovely. We walked to Paco’s Tacos and to Keoki’s Paradise from the condo. The beach was a bit far for us to walk because we had lots of beach “stuff”. Speaking of that, there are chairs, umbrellas etc in the garage to use - so helpful. Carolyn was very quick to reply to any question and let us check out late as our departing flights were in the evening. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to come back to Kauai.

Relaxing with view

Top quality Vrbo with nice amenities. 2 of the bedrooms are super spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of nice cookware and dishes. We loved spending time on balcony. The beds were comfortable.

OUTSTANDING STAY!

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Poipu. I would stay here again and again. The view over the golf course looking out to the ocean from the lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A very quick walk to the beaches, restaurants and other local attractions. Absolutely recommend this home! We had an amazing stay and time in Kauai and hope to be back again sometime!

Super vacation home

Very, very happy with our stay; there were four adults in our party. Very clean, quiet unit with complete privacy in a spectacular housing development. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Beds and linens were perfect. Marvelous kitchen with Bosch appliances. Steps from the pool and barbecue grills. Assigned parking space near condo. Kitchen set up like home- fully functional- quality pots and pans, kitchen utensils, full set of plates and silverware, tons of storage containers, nicely stocked, spices, toaster, drip coffee pot, etc. Note: air conditioner is temporarily disabled for a little bit if you leave the front door or porch door open - even if it’s just a sliver open. So close the door tight! Air conditioner struggled on our last day to reach 74 - notified owner. Windows and ceiling fans are positioned to permit a cool breeze through the unit- you might decide you don’t want to use the AC at all! (However, the roosters crowing will sound a bit louder!)

Fantastic place in Poipu!

The rental unit was exactly as advertised. It is located in a great area: near google dining options and close to either the South Coast and boat charters to Napali Coast or Lihue and the North Coast as far as Princeville. The property was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family vacation

Condo was in an excellent location for all the things we did in the island. Several great beaches close by - we even walked to them several mornings! Little shopping Center within walking distance. Condo had everything we needed and more. We cooked several evenings from the condo and enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning. Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Perfect... absolutely beautiful and perfect

This was our 3rd attempt for this trip (covid) and it was worth the wait. This home is absolutely in the perfect location, perfectly accommodating and so very beautiful. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with everything you'll need. Our group of six cooked our breakfasts and even bbq'd at the pool some nights, sat on the back patio enjoying our coffee watching the golfers and ocean views, watched a few movies (it rained a little in the evening) and took beautiful walks around the property. We used the washer and dryer which was helpful so we didn't need to pack so much. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their home with us... We fell in love with Kauai.

Wonderful

Could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location is beautiful and quite. Only two minutes from Poipu and Brennecke beaches. Condo was well appointed with plenty of space for the entire family. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The lanai over-looking the golf course was beautiful and hosted most of our family dinners. The garage was packed with everything you need for the beach: boogie boards, coolers, beach umbrellas, etc. Communication with Carolyn was prompt and accommodating. We had a wonderful two weeks together as a family and would highly recommend this property.

We are from the province of Alberta in the cold country of Canada. We live on our farm, and now that our children have grown up and moved away we don't need to stay home for the long winters. We have always dreamed of owning our own place on Kauai, and now our dream has come true. We look forward to spending as much time as possible at our new (to us), home away from home, but also look forward to sharing it with others through VRBO.
