This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the newly updated kitchen, there are all Viking Professional Series kitchen appliances and dark granite tops & all the cooking utensils you'll need to cook a hearty meal for your family. There are 5 TV's, 5 DVD players and a CD stereo system. In the dining area, you will find a dining table that will seat six and 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
