This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the newly updated kitchen, there are all Viking Professional Series kitchen appliances and dark granite tops & all the cooking utensils you'll need to cook a hearty meal for your family. There are 5 TVâs, 5 DVD players and a CD stereo system. In the dining area, you will find a dining table that will seat six and 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Great beach and wonderful views. Spacious condo with plenty of room for 8 people. Good communication with property management. One of the toilets would not flush and someone came to fix it within 30 minutes. Kitchen could have been better appointed with basic tableware. Appliances are showing wear and tear. Living room furniture was not comfortable and needed more seating. Overall enjoyed our stay.
Imagine getting that call/text/email that your rental is not available after driving for 11 hours. HOWEVER....we were very blessed with being relocated to this home quickly. We have ZERO complaints about our stay here. This home is updated, spacious, comfortable, and in an incredible location. It's right on the beach, ocean front, watch dolphins swim by on the balcony that is large with comfy furniture. This home was clean and well stocked for our needs, all appliances work, cold AC, wifi, TV, easy walk to the beach & elevator, reserved & covered parking, incredible pool & spa, in a gated community. We would absolutely stay here again!
We stayed in 306. The building is pretty but could definitely use some cleaning up on the outside. Our condo was easily accessible and clean when we got there. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed except there wasnât any dish towels or oven mitts and I didnât realize that until I needed to get something out of the oven. I didnât sleep well in the bed because it was just too hard, however my family didnât have a problem with it. The walk to the beach is not bad at all.
The know before you go is the refrigerator does not have an ice maker, and there is not an ice machine on the property.
Also the dryer takes forever to dry a load of clothes so be prepared to run your load through several cycles.
If youâre going to use the pedestrian gate on the east end of the building at night be sure to take a flashlight so you can see to put the code in as there is no light there.
Overall we were comfortable and had a great time! I definitely would recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay with my adult children. Great kitchen to cook fresh seafood for for a night in. Perfect amount of space for use. Great views from balcony! We will be back!
My family highly enjoyed our stay at Bella Riva. The condo appears as if the designers spared no expense when designing this condo. The maintenance could really use some attention though. There were ceiling lights fixtures that would flicker but wouldn't come on, several toiletry fixtures that were falling off, and we were only provided one key for the unit. All them were minor problems compared to the beautiful view and beach as well as the fact this is only a five story condo building. So there was absolutely no wait time for the elevators. We weren't harassed about wrist bands on at all times and it's a gated condo. All in all my family had a great time for our stay at Bella Riva.
It was a claim secure facility and definitely a luxury condo. For a 10-person condo they should have had more seating in the living room and on the balcony and at the dining room table. I was really surprised they did not have a keyed entry on the door. They have one physical key for the condo and another physical key to access the gym.
Nice location with a great view. We had numerous problems. They shut the AC off prior to our arrival and when I texted them the AC wasnât working they didnât mention that the AC was shut off by them as normal procedures. The oven didnât work, the outside grill tripped the breaker so you couldnât use it. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor. Numerous lights were out. Towel bars fell off the wall. The washer smelled like mold. We finally received a physical response on Friday and we were leaving the next morning.
Very nice Condo. We had a few appliance problems and air conditioning, but maintenance came to repair everything as soon as we called and reported it. It needs new furniture to make it a 5 star
Pros: great location, large unit, high end appliances, customer service is very responsive to communication and service request. Vacasa did address some of the issues mentioned below on a timely manner.
Cons: cleaning is not up to par for the price: carpet is very dirty, molds in the shower, doors are squeaky, stains on furnitures, vacuum cleaner in unit is not functioning (Vacasa provided a working replacement upon notification) no hand soap and hand dish washing soap in the kitchen.
This unit was very dissapointing,so many problems. First a leaky clothes washer that took 7 days to have replaced. Then the living room T V took 10 days to replace. The pool was very cold ask to raise temp (refused). Covering on dining room chairs very dirty(we cleaned). Oven knob on range broken, smelled gas, we turned gas valve off to be safe. Clothes dryer not vented properly service man fixed. Hallway walls all marked up and large cold air return grill damaged, great for guests to see coming in, also WiFi out for about a week. Asked about reimbursement never returned phone call.
