Direct Beach Access, fully renovated beach house. Brand new pool renovated in 2026, Main floor master suite that walks out to large outdoor living space. Two story house with first floor living so you will not have endless flights of stairs. 4 large bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath and beautiful kitchen with built in wine and beverage cooler. Outdoor living includes private backyard oasis with lots of outdoor seating for hanging out and eating. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out for the whole family or have the kids take an afternoon nap. There is also an outdoor shower. Location is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 3 minute walk to beach.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect on the beach block and also walking distance to some coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants. We really enjoyed it!

Beautiful

This home is beautifully updated and was exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the beach, and a garage full of everything you need for a day on the sand. Kitchen was well appointed and the gas grill was perfect for cooking dinner! Comfortable furniture through the home made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

Great location and very clean!

This property was very clean and the proximity to all of the local restaurants was great. Very short walk to the beach made the location better. Only a few minor issues that were addressed very quickly by the owner.

We travel to Anna Maria every year and this place was perfect. It was immaculate, well taken care of, and a perfect location. Check-in and the communication with the owner was seamless. I would recommend this to house to anyone!

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The walk to the beach is perfect and the road was private with no traffic. The kids road their bikes up and down the road. Anne was fantastic to communicate with and easily adjusted the schedule to fit our needs when they changed! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house and great location

House was immaculate. Close proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around the island which was perfect. No complaints at all and would stay here again!

What a great week we had on AMI and in this property. Nicely located near the beach with a short and nearly private direct walk to the sand, we very much enjoyed our time together. The house is larger than we figured from the photos, which was an appreciated bonus.

Wonderful!

Had a great week in this property. Pictures are accurate; place was very clean. Had everything we needed and more--appliances/dishes/etc in the kitchen; things for the beach in the garage; plentiful towels for bathrooms and beach; hot tub was lovely, and outdoor shower very handy. Location was perfect--easy walk to quiet beach, easy bike ride into town (so glad we rented bikes for the week, as driving/parking on the island can get tricky).

Home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and facilities. Just one niggle which was the blue bin being full of trash not recyclables. Managed to get refuse man to empty it though.

Glad to hear you loved the house and enjoyed the location. Unfortunately the guest before you put all their garbage in the recyclable bin instead of the garage and since you checked in on a Thursday, the garbage gets collected twice a week but recyclables only on Mondays. Our manager did come over and remove all the garbage so you had room for your garbage. We enjoyed having you and hope to have you return.

Perfect rental in a great location

The house was perfect for our families. The outdoor pool, hot tub and lounge area got a lot of use with both kids and adults. House was clean and cared very well for! There was plenty of beach and pool toys that were available for use. The 1 minute walk to the beach was awesome. Beautiful sandy beach and amazing sunsets. The owner was kind and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

This home was wonderful and just as it appears online, and the owner was responsive and lovely to work with. Little extras such as pool rafts/beach toys and family games and a grill were a very nice added touch and much appreciated. The location was great with a short walk to a gorgeous beach that was never crowded. The only thing we missed was a tv in the master, but we managed without it. Really hope we can visit again...soon!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our house. We only have a TV in the family room and one bedroom upstairs and that is by design. When we get to our beach house, we like to tune out the rest of the world and enjoy the sun and relaxation. Watching TV becomes more of a family event instead of individually going off into your own room. All the commons areas such as the family room, outside pool deck and the lanai encourage spending time together playing games and talking. Hope to have you back sometime soon.
