Détendez-vous dans cette maison côtière confortable à seulement un pâté de maisons des belles plages de l'île Anna Maria. Le Blue Sky Beach House est un côté d'un duplex privé nouvellement construit achevée en Avril à 2015. Décorée dans un style lumineux et balnéaire, cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et de 4 salles de bains, de 6 télévisions à écran plat, d'une piscine et d'un spa chauffés privés, d'appareils en acier inoxydable, d'un barbecue, de Les enfants pourront profiter de la salle de couchette faite juste pour eux ... beaucoup de jeux et casse-tête et un facile une minute de marche de la plage. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet à chacun d'être ensemble si vous êtes dans la cuisine, le salon ou la salle à manger et la piscine est entièrement privé (les deux côtés ont leur propre piscine)!

Idéalement situé à seulement un bloc de la plage et à quelques pas des commerces et restaurants, Blue Sky Beach House est idéal pour un grand groupe ou plusieurs familles voyageant ensemble. Il a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un relaxant et confortable, vacances, sans stress. Même une douche extérieure pour laver le sable après un voyage à la plage. Vous ne voudrez pas partir!

Enjoyed our stay

House is in a perfect location steps away from the beach! The pool is perfect size with an actual hot tub that gets hot :) Living areas and bedrooms are comfortable for entire group we had of 5 adults and 4 teenagers. We have been to AMI multiple times and always enjoy the island! Sometimes it has felt crazy busy everywhere during spring break and didn’t seem as crowded this year. I’m sure was effect of hurricanes but for the most part everything seemed back to business as usual with restaurants and shops open.

Adult Children Family Trip

We had a nice time staying at Blue Sky. Our three adult sons and their S/O's had plenty of room and the location was perfect! Missy's home was well stocked for cooking and two beach wagons were available for hauling our grand baby, beach chairs and toys the short distance to the beach. Missy was prompt in responding to any questions that arose! Overall, a wonderful home and location!

Great Location & Family Trip!

We had so much fun at the Blue Sky house! The house was perfect for our week long stay with six adults and four kids. Our stay was amazing—close to the beach, within walking distance to the free trolly, and we got to enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets every night! Missy was an awesome host! Blue Sky Home at Holmes Beach

This is a beautiful well stocked home. It has a wonderful pool with water “toys” and a lovely deck with a large gas grill and plenty of deck furniture and dining area.We are looking forward to coming back the same time next year!

Amazing Thanksgiving week!

We just spent an amazing Thanksgiving week in AMI. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect for family fun! We were a bit worried about our trip after the hurricanes this Fall but Missy was so communicative with us prior to our arrival and then worked so hard to make sure everything was absolutely perfect during our stay! This home has the BEST location if you want fast and direct access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were such a bonus for us! The AMI locals are super kind and gracious and we were all amazed by the island’s resilience after the storms! I highly recommend this property and a vacation in AMI! Thank you Missy & Family!

Amazing

This place was a DREAM! I walked by the first time we stayed in Anna Maria and knew I wanted to stay there. It did not disappoint. Plenty of space for all, the pool was perfect for all ages, and the spa was just the thing we needed after a day of entertaining the kids. The walk to beach is easy, and the drive to everything else in short. Couldn’t ask for better!

Great spot!

We loved the house, the pool, and the location. Missy was super helpful, however nothing really came up! Lots of beach chairs, etc. in the unit. Can’t wait to return!!

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a great stay at the Blue Sky escape. Our extended family of 10 (ages 7 months to 71 years) had the best trip! The house had plenty of space for everyone, was stocked with pool and beach essentials, and was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the starter supplies. The house is a super short walk to the beach and has a beautiful view from the top deck. Missy responded to my messages quickly and was a very kind and helpful host. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful host, amazing location, highly recommended

We had a great time at the property. The living room is more spacious than expected and the outdoor space is really great with lots of seating and a nice pool. The house is equipped with all of the chairs/umbrellas/toys/towels needed for the beach which is just a short walk away.

Spring break 2024

The location of this house is perfect for bike rides around the island as well as walking distance to the beach. My husband, myself and two of our boys, another family of four and two more family members were able to share this house. We all enjoyed the outside space with the pool and seating area. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers and a wagon. The house was one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in!! If I could make any suggestions it would be in the kitchen area…a griddle would be awesome for making pancakes and bacon. We all loved our stay on AMI!! Thanks, Melissa, for opening your home up to this Hoosier/Boilermaker Family!!

I don't know how to write a review that does this property/location justice. If you made it this far and are reading reviews, book this right away!!! My family has been going to FL for years, and this hands down was the best vacation we have taken. We will certainly be coming back. I'll start with the host; Missy is an absolute professional. She is everything you would want in a host; communicative, kind, thoughtful and pays attention to all details of your booking. The house is fantastic - looking at the pictures I figured this house would be amazing but the pictures actually don't do it justice. The house in clean and very spacious. And again; it has EVERYTHING you will need for your stay. We had our toddler with us and overpacked considering the house was well equipped for kids of all ages. Stocked with toys for the pool and beach. We had 9 family members here and when we were in pool in the backyard everyone kept saying how it felt like we were in a remote oasis. The location was top notch; I was expecting a short walk to the beach but was was surprised that it was right across the street. I have stayed at resorts right on the ocean with a further walk away than this house is. Anna Maria is an amazing little town, it has everything you need and is a cute little beach town where you can walk, bike or cart to anywhere you need. Again; everything about this vacation was incredible and if you book this house you will not be disappointed.

Everything at this house was perfect. We brought minimal supplies (paper towels, tp, some spices and coffee). We did bring laundry and dishwasher soap as well. We did not find any laundry detergent. There are plenty of beach towels, water toys and floats. Also a beach cart. We did bring our own beach chairs. The pool is perfect with a 1/2 day of sun for this time of year. The evening were cool and a patio heater would have been a plus. We were not able to enjoy the lanai after sunset. The owners checked in and are very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for a large group.

Fun in the sun

The place was perfect for meeting up with friends and families of different states. Very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house had everything for cooking and eating in, chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach, nice pool area out back. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Family vacation - New Years Week

Every year we choose a place for the 10 of us to go for a week. This year’s choice did not disappoint at all! Enough room for all of us to stay comfortably, heated pool and spa were amazing, super close to beach and many options for walking, shopping and eating. Missy was very responsive with any questions we had.

My family and I had a stellar experience and would highly recommend staying here and working with Missy. Everything was 5 star from communication to cleanliness to location. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon to transport everything, floaties/life jacket for the kids and more! Easy, one block walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfect and the environment was tranquil.

Highly Recommend!

This house is amazing! We had 6 adults and 3 young kids stay at this house in October and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They also provide lots of beach toys and things for the pool which was awesome to have available. The owner of the house was awesome to work with and she always answered questions in a timely manner. Even after we had been there a few days, she texted and made sure we had everything we needed. Great house, great customer service! Highly recommend!

Loved this Beach House

This was an Amazing beach house. I was celebrating with my family. The house was clean well equipped just as pictured. We unfortunately had to evacuate for a hurricane so we lost some of our time but the host was very helpful and responsive in helping us deal with the hurricane. Easy short walk to the beach .nice beach chairs and toys for the kids. I hope to return again.

Our extended family of 12 adults and 9 kids enjoyed a week-long reunion on this amazing Island in the summer of 2011. That is when we fell in love with Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach. Our family has been visiting this area on a regular basis ever since. Little did we know that we would one day decide to put down some roots here. We have so many fantastic memories over the years...walking the beaches, boating in the Gulf, kayaking in the Bay, playing in the pool, day trips to Busch Gardens, Lego land and Disney, and dining at the many great restaurants on this seven mile stretch. The harsh Wisconsin winters drove us to find a place here that our family (three boys now!) could enjoy in the years to come. That place is the Blue Sky Beach House. Anna Maria Island is one of a kind & we hope your time here gives you the same joy it's given us!
