Come and enjoy Breckenridge, home to Colorado's largest historic district, at this fourth-floor, family-friendly condo in Main Street Station. With its coveted location right next to the base of Peak 9, this mountain condo is the perfect choice for a getaway at any time of year.

This condo has it all, from a tasteful interior with wood accents and bright light to a private balcony overlooking the town. Cook with ease in a well-equipped kitchen, kick back to watch your favorite movies on the cable TV in the living room, and toast your toes in the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, a steam room, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Sunday Market for delicious food and a chance to mix with local vendors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot and perfect location! Ideal for family of 4-6

The place was amazing! Perfect location. Plenty of space and couches pull out if you have extra guests. Good water pressure and hot water are musts for me and this place checked the boxes. Additionally the front desk staff was beyond nice and helpful.

Convenience, great setup, valet ski rental on the property.

This place is so great we stayed in the same room 2 years in a row. Close to the lift, close to many restaurants, close to our favorite, Quandary Grille and bar. Room is great, full kitchen, valet ski rental at Charter Sports on the property.

The unit had a run down feel. A cabinet was missing the front piece and the second bathroom shower was missing a handle so we couldn’t use it. It wasn’t terrible but nothing compared to the unit we usually rent at Main Street Station. Owner should consider updating the unit.

Convenient location with location amenities

The property location and amenities are great. Convenient parking in underground garage. The layout of the room is great for multiple adults as it had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was adequately set up to do the amount of cooking etc that we did. Improvements needed with the actual bed pillows and the mattresses. The closets are so full of non-useful decorative pillows difficult to use for clothes. The towels while new did not absorb water off your body. We have stayed in several properties within Main Street station and they have been really good. Will come again.

Nice place, not everything disclosed.

I chose this property because of the fitness center, and beautiful hot tubs. Upon arrival (10 hour drive) the front desk attendant let me know that none of the hot tubs would be open and I would have to sign in and try to book the pool and the fitness center. I thought no big deal (we’re on a ski trip so I’ll be able to get in early and get my lifting done since the hot tubs wouldn’t be open at all that was the last reason why I chose this place.) Well, the fitness center only had times available from 10:30AM-6:00 pm... If you’re going for a ski trip the mountains only open from 8:30am-4:00pm. So this makes it very hard to rush and get off the mountain to get into the fitness center... Not only that, they only allow 1 person to book it at each time. I guess what I’m getting at is if you are going to be booking this place for the fitness center or hot tub look elsewhere because they won’t tell you about their stipulations until you are checking in. The condo was very very nice though! Great location just steps away from the lift and Main Street.

Kitchen isn’t as equipped as it reads. Items in the cupboards are not as listed. Pictures make the unit appear bigger then it is. Bedroom is small for a queen bed. Thermostat was set at 65 the entire time and it stayed around 69 which was nice.

Spring Break Ski Trip from FL

The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The extra bathroom was really convenient for the kids to have their own. We cooked several meals which was great because eating out here was a bit pricey. It was convenient to the elevator which was not noisy at all like we thought it may be. The fireplace was so cozy !! Vacasa staff was very attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything or had any questions. The only issue we had is when I was looking forward to soaking in the huge master bath tub, there was no plug....the whole mechanism was missing. 😞. Other than that we had a great stay !! Location was perfect !

This condo had lots of space for a 1 bedroom condo. We were there during the week, but if it were busy I could see how the elevator right by the condo could be noisy. I would stay here again.

Very nice condo in excellent location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Main Street Station 1404. The condo was well equipped and the fireplace put out good heat and made it very cozy. The second bath was quite convenient.
