Every comfort awaits at this Breckenridge condo, where you'll be just a few steps from the ski lifts and the center of historic Main Street. On the grounds of the renowned Main Street Station complex, you'll also have access to a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a gym to keep your morning workouts on track.

Built in 2001, this condo is filled with sunlight streaming in through large windows, providing you with a bright, comfortable respite after days spent in the great outdoors. The 1,135-square-foot living space is accented by a gas fireplace, a private balcony, your very own washer/dryer, and an open kitchen with a new side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place overall, nice and clean, and wonderful location!

Loved the cleanliness and neatness of the place. Everything is perfect, don't mind the bit of an eyesore to the roof top/AC units out the beautiful windows. The rest of the place is very nice however. You can see they have updated all the cabinets, kitchen & bathroom fixtures/tile, and woodwork is clean. The only thing left to make this immaculate is to replace the flooring- carpets are worn and a bit dirty, and tile area is old, otherwise it's great and I would certainly recommend staying here.

My stay at Vacasa Breck

counter-tops were stained with glass rings. The carpet was heavily stained. We opened a window for fresh air only to find the we could not close it( so we had to deal with a cold bedroom the whole weekend even though we notified the front desk). Spent too much money for what we received.

This condo is about Location Only

The condo couldn't be in a better location!! The rest is not that great -- TV didn't work, fridge was out of order and no one told us (we put a lot of groceries from whole foods in there /some spoiled)-- we thought it was off to see a mini fridge in the hallway but evidently we were supposed to use the mini fridge and not the main one ? Bathrooms were nice and the place was clean when we got there. Don't rent this condo if you want to cook-- only a few pans and of course fridge is not working. I wouldn't stay in this unit again but I can't say enough about the location-- easy to walk to Main Street/restaurants/shopping and super easy ski access.

It was a nice place & plenty of room! The downfalls to it were the fact that several of the furniture pieces were almost falling over because the legs were shit, the pull out couch mattress was old & had no cushion and lastly, the carpet looked as if someone had a party & spilled all over, but didn't care to clean it up.

Downtown Breckenridge Fun

I was the only one skiing, it’s a short walk to the lifts. Being right on the main drag was perfect. There’s an escape room nearby, plenty of restaurants, and walking down Main Street is a blast.

Loved it

We went up to Breck to visit during Oktoberfest and to see the leaves changing and it was a perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and the festival. The beds were SO comfortable, with fans in the room, so everyone slept great. Kitchen had what we needed, and the balcony was a plus. Would recommend this location again.

Great spot in the middle of everything

Home was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beds were nice. The only complaints were that it was extremely hot when we arrived. There is no central AC which I understand is normal for this area but half of the windows were broken/would not open and that was the main source of air flow. This also meant you had to sleep with all windows open(that could open) and then you would hear everything from the street noise. Owners did supply two small fans besides ceiling fans.

2203 Main Street Station in Breckenridge

Our group (2 couples) absolutely loved this unit at Main Street Station. It was perfect size for us and we had a great view of the slopes. Marlene and I had stayed there before in a single bedroom unit and love this spot on the mountain. This 2 bedroom condo was exceptional as well. Accommodation was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We were all very pleased. Thank you

Main Street Breckenridge

This is the 2nd condo we’ve rented from Vacasa at Main Street Station in Breckenridge, CO. We love the location as it’s walking distance from a variety of restaurants, shops and rental companies. The unit was nice and clean. Both bedrooms had king beds with own bathrooms which was nice so we didn’t have to share with our girls. We love having a full kitchen to make breakfast in the mornings vs eating out for every meal. The kitchen also had plenty of plates and glasses for our group of 4 and could easily handle up to 8 with washing after each meal. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!
