Ocean front Condo located in a gated community with amazing amenities - outdoor pool has a 100 ft. water slide, indoor pool, hot-tub. Tennis courts, basketball court, putt-putt on the property as well as a playground, picnic area with grills, a newly constructed community fire pit area. Located at Atlantic Beach which has some of the best fishing and seafood restaurants.

Wonderful location on the property

We have stayed at The Place At The Beach several times. This condo was our favorite location. Very close access to the beach and beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back! Thank you for sharing your place!

Great place to stay.

Short walk over the dunes and there is the beach. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Plenty of awesome restaurants within a 15 drive. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

Great vacation spot

The property was clean , and close to local restaurants, attractions, and beach. I really loved the amenities , put-put , pool , beach , balcony for evening chilling. Only complaint was I could not stay longer.

Time at the beach

The condo had lots of room. The kitchen is a bit tiny but well stocked except for larger pots if you need to cook for the family. The beach is right there and the pools were great. We did have hurricane Debbie so lots of rain but kids made friends and played together. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. Great place at the beach!

Beach vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Place at the Beach, unit 328. My grandchildren, ages 16, 9 and 5 loved all of the amenities, especially the waterslide! Our condo was so beautiful and comfortable, with a perfect view!

Strange stay

We ended up having a good stay but the first night was a nightmare. The apartment was not clean. There was trash in the kitchen, the master bathroom tub and shower were filthy and the bedroom where my son would be sleeping had dirty sheets, hairs everywhere. I called the owner to have it cleaned. The owner didn't answer my calls or texts so i called the other numbers listed in the welcome email he sent. Neither person still worked for him but did contact him for me. He showed up at the apartment and was obviously agitated. Told me he called the police on me because he thought i was trying to scam him. I had no idea what he was talking about. I just wanted the place to be cleaned. His anger escalated and he grabbed my 13 year old son's arm telling him to pick up the hair on the sheets! I Thankfully he had called the police because when they got there i told them what had occurred. They agreed that the place was dirty and that it was a reasonable request to have it re-cleaned. The police knew him and the apartment number and it was obvious they had been through this before with him. ook us 8 hours to drive there and

Cozy place at the beach

Great base camp for a beach vacation. Not fancy but very comfortable. Nice view of the ocean. Complex has Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fun slide on the outdoor pool. Nine hole mini golf, shuffle board, tennis court, basketball. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Atlantic Beach but far enough away to be super relaxing. Very clean. Kitchen has all the plates, pots etc. you need. Just bring your beach chairs and beach towels and relax

Perfect Week

We had a wonderful time. Having stayed at APAB before, we were aware of the amenities. What I wasn't prepared for was the way the owner had decorated and used every square inch of this property to the renters advantage. If you unpack and put the suitcases up you have room to spare. We had a 21/2 year old up to a 75 year old and a teenager. Everything you need is there. We had a few questions that Mr. Lee answered with a phone call. I will definately rent this property again.

Exactly as described

The host was excellent. The facility was excellent. The rental was excellent. Not so sure the neighbors enjoyed my adult children’s noises, but no one complained. This is a community for the older generations, and isn’t very handicapped friendly. This was my best VBRO experience! My only suggestion is pots and pans that can be used for multiple people, single serve pans made cooking quite long, and extra blankets. There might have been extra blankets, but I didn’t snoop around. Great experience, would rent again without my noisy kids.

Great value and excellent amenities

We had a great time at the beach. The pool is really nice and our daughter loved the slide. We appreciated that so many small things were included (plenty of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, etc.) so we didn't have to pack or buy as much once we got there.
