2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo surplombant l'océan Atlantique. Marque nouvelle cuisine cette année avec de nouvelles armoires et comptoir en granit. Le 'den' supplémentaire a été converti en une 2ème chambre avec lit double. Canapé-lit dans le
salon. Reine de taille lit double dans la chambre principale. Vue de face de l'océan depuis le balcon privé. L'unité L-236 est un condo au deuxième étage; a un ascenseur.
HDTV avec DVR et DVD qui sont compatibles HDMI pour votre PS4, Xbox ou PC. Facilites de blanchisserie disponibles à l'étage inférieur. Salle de jeux. Ascenseur. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît.

Nous fournissons tous les draps, casseroles et poêles, plats, etc. plus nous payons tous les frais. Le prix de location est le même et comprend tout sauf les frais de nettoyage de 110 $.

Fun family vacation

I have always loved staying here. The only downside to this place is the bed. The main bed does need changed. The place is beautiful.

Kid Friendly Family Vacation Spot!

Great little condo resport with lots to do. Easy walk to the beach, great pools and outdoor recreations. Definitely recommend adults be in shape and ready to walk. Once you brave the hot hallways and get everything up and settled in you'll have a blast and not want to leave!

Family get away!!

We love the location of The place at the beach and all it had to offer. The condo was a little small but it was nice. We did have to go and buy an air mattress because the pull out couch was broken and it was warm it the front part of the condo and back part was freezing. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Yearly Getaway

We had a great time staying at this unit. It looked exactly how it was explained in the description. The television in the bedrooms wouldn’t work and the fridge had old food in it when we arrived, but we threw it all away. We really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts to play pickleball. We had a startling surprise when the cleaning crew broke into our unit well before check out time while we were sleeping and scared us half to death. Overall, we had a fun week.

Small place

People above overflowed tub /water dripping down for three days . Very loud footsteps above . Vehicle was hit in parking lot and security said they didn’t have enough time to look at surveillance footage. Not a very private place to stay . No dishwasher was a downer .

Second stay and loved property

Jack has good communication and let us know when our room was ready early! We love this unit and the property. We played mini golf, ping pong, outdoor bowling and truly enjoyed both pools the entire vacation. We home school and love how close Fort Macon is for a field trip. We are a family of three and it was perfect for us.

Awesome condo and resort

The condo is small, but well designed and furnished. The resort is awesome, the indoor and outdoor pools are great. The beach is lovely and not crowded. We had a great trip and look forward to staying here again!

APATB Atlantic Beach

We had a fun family gathering at the resort. Each family group had their own condo unit and this gave us a look at others in our price range. By comparison the condo we rented was subpar in terms of appearance, state of repairs and kitchen utensils.

Adequate

This condo was nothing special, but adequate. Everything was clean (except living room carpet looked a bit old and questionable). Air conditioning worked very well. Nice that second bedroom (off of living room) had a door for privacy. The streaming service on the TVs was difficult to use. Overall, the condo is quite small, e.g., the entire kitchen area is in the hallway between front door and living area. Also the bathroom fixtures and cabinets are quite dated, the closet in the main bedroom is cluttered with so much stuff (including an old washer) that it’s unusable, kitchen storage space for any food brought in is very minimal.

Tight quarters for a family of four.

We’ve stayed in several units at A Place At The Beach over the last few years. This particular unit is overdue for a new couch and bed mattresses. Compared to other units in this complex this one just felt much smaller to us. It also does not have a clothes washer/dryer or dishwasher. The unit was not cleaned as well as others in years past and there were several food and other items left behind from previous tenants. The security guards were rude in their demeanor in regard to the wrist band requirements at the pool again this year. I suppose it’s possible that my wife along with our nine and four year old daughters look like the type to sneak into a crowded private pool. Overall, would not stay in this unit again. After repeat years of rude security staff I’m not sure that we will stay in the complex for future vacations.

Very happy!

We were very happy with our stay here! Both pools were fantastic as well as the beach access. The only downfall is there was a dead cockroach in the living room and by the staircase that made us worry a little. But otherwise the place was great, easy to work with and great water pressure in the shower! Would absolutely recommend and return!! When entering the address make sure to select EAST Not west as that takes you to a different location. This is a fantastic place for a family!!!!

Good for the money

We had a good stay. Everything worked and owner was responsive. It’s pretty small but I give it 5 b/c it is worth the money. Beach access is very easy and the beach is really wide here which I loved. You can actually walk all the way to Fort Macon on the beach… a couple miles… The couch is good to sleep on for one but definitely not pulled out…unless you have very small kids…but even then?? Visitors and staff alike were all very kind… Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Bring ear plugs… walls were pretty thin…and there were very few people when we were there so I would imagine it gets pretty loud…Just a heads up if you’re noise sensitive. I still say it was worth the money.

This is the family resort you've been looking for. So much to do and enjoy and then back home to the condo to rest up for the next day. We raised our 3 boys there and continue to use it ourselves in the Fall and Spring. The resort is extremely well maintained year round. For families with children this is an ideal spot. You and the kids will enjoy the 9 hole miniature golf course, basketball, tennis, and water slide. If the weather is bad or the surf too rough, there is the heated indoor pool and 8 person spa. Like to cook out? Visit the many modern BBQ grills. And finally, the resort is private with full, around the clock, on site security.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have the condo professionally cleaned and detailed between each quest. This includes professional, hotel quality linens. There is a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and table ware. We have owned this unit since 1985 and have come back each year. Our 3 boys grew up here. We have extensively remodeled the unit for your family fun.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is a very unique spot. It's not touristy and congested like say Myrtle Beach, yet you don't miss out on the amenities. This resort has the only water slide for miles. Free tennis, basketball, miniature golf, bbq grills, and hot tubs. Need a water board, basketball, tennis racket, putting iron? Just borrow one from the activity center.
