This place was great, we loved the view and easy access to the private beach. It had an elevator and luggage carts which was a huge plus over other places we’ve stayed down here previously. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place is nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in spite of a week of rain. The condo met our expectations and was lovely. I was disappointed that the master closet was locked up for the owner's use but we made the best of it by putting our clothing in someone else's closet. We hope to stay there again because we had such a good overall experience.

We had the most relaxing 5 days at this beautiful and cozy condo. The pictures are an exact representation of the design and layout, which fit our family of four perfectly. Beds and linens were very comfortable and location to restaurants and shops was a quick 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and would rent again without hesitation!

Beautiful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo in a great location! We really enjoyed that the beach was not crowded. The master closet is locked, but they leave a small hanging rack out for you that ended up being sufficient. The bathrooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos, but everything is professionally decorated and very well done!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful, uncrowded beach — that's truly one of the best perks of the location! We appreciate you mentioning the hanging rack — we're glad it ended up being sufficient! Just to clarify for future guests, the locked closet in the master is our owner's closet used for personal storage, but we always make sure the hanging rack is available and ready to use. We also appreciate the honest feedback on the bathrooms and will keep that in mind as we continue to update our listing photos and descriptions. We'd love to have you back for another stay — thank you again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review!

The heated pool was warm and amazing. My kids loved it. The balcony view was beautiful! My family loved the short walk to the beach, easy back and forth walk from the beach to the pool. Everything felt safe and very family friendly, and it was as if we had our own private beach area. So much space for my kids to run and explore. The condo was exactly as it is listed, and we cannot wait to go back to this absolute GEM of a place on 30a. Thank you from our family to the owners for a wonderful spring break.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Gulf view view is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, however, the living room furniture was uncomfortable and there is no closet in the master bedroom - just a cheap rack. The owners locked the closet to keep it for themselves.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views and your overall stay. We appreciate your note about the living room furniture and will share it with the owners for consideration. As for the master closet, owners are indeed entitled to keep a private, locked closet to store personal items securely. To ensure guest convenience, a clothing rack is provided for use during stays. We hope this helped make your visit comfortable, and we’d love to host you again in the future.

Great view. Very clean unit. Taking process was a bit difficult. Needed to text rental company for the gate code to enter the property, as well as the door code to enter the unit, and was actually never given the code to the gate to the beach. It was stated in the listing that the owners would contact us with this information prior to check-in, which we never received. No other issues beyond this.

Thank you for your review and kind words about the view and cleanliness. We truly appreciate it! We are so embarrassed about the check-in experience you had and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We recently made changes to how our information is sent out through our software system, and unfortunately, we were not made aware that any bookings made prior to that update would not automatically receive those details. Because of that, your access information was not delivered as intended. We have since identified and fixed the issue to ensure this does not happen again. It’s very important to us that our guests have a smooth and stress-free arrival, and we’re so sorry we missed the mark here. We truly appreciate your understanding and are grateful that you’ve already booked with us again for next year. We look forward to providing you with a much more seamless experience next time!
