This newly renovated, new price, gorgeous 1,315 sq.ft. ground level condo has all of the amenities of a home. It allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys Beach and the sound of the ocean! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy a true beachfront experience with incredible views of the Gulf.
Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes. You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was perfect and the place was just as advertised if not better. Loved the decor!! Easy walk to the beach and the view is spectacular. Really liked the privacy too. Being on the ground floor was nice, in that you could still see the gulf, but the dunes were creating privacy on the deck that you wouldn't have on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The chairs/umbrellas and bikes included in the rate was awesome! Also so nice that it was an easy walk to Pedlars Pub and to Rosemary beach for dinner, drinks and shopping. We had such a great stay.

Beautifully decorated condo. We have stayed at High Pointe previously and the ocean front views from this condo are amazing. Easy access to and from beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping. This is a perfect condo and location to Rosemary beach. Alys and seaside.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was great! The location is just AMAZING…you are literally on the beach so close to the boardwalk and across the two small lane street are restaurants with live music and even a Starbucks. I was to be clear that this street isn’t you normal street where cars are traveling fast and is unsafe for kids….its literally like a busier street in a neighborhood…so many pedestrians are walking or riding bikes!!! Which the condo came with two and my husband and daughter had a blast! The beach is so clean and the chairs with the umbrella were set up every morning with no one in front of you. Security was great…the pool is just gorgeous but not heated so a little chilly when we went but it didn’t stop the kids. Chris (owner) was so kind & had amazing communication before check in and during our stay should we have needed but we really had everything…Condo was very well equipped (even had a box fan…which we sleep with just for sound)….your view from the condo being first floor is really outstanding…we normally like to be higher because some other places we have stayed the sand dunes block the ocean…not here….it just blocks all the people sitting at the beach and your view is miles of ocean in each direction. We had groceries delivered twice which security is at the front and got the driver to us which they brought straight to the door. AC and heat worked great. Condo had hot water that never went out and we never heard anyone on top or beside us. It was a lovely trip to Rosemary!

Stunning condo

Fabulous few days at this beautiful condo!! We had a few questions and the host was very responsive. It’s clearly recently been refurbished to a very high spec. Hope to stay here again.

We loved This place! We’ve stayed at the high pointe two other times but never as updated as this place! There’s beach toys and games for the families so you don’t have you bug your own!!! Beach view/sunsets/sunrises are amazing. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back again! Kitchen well stocked and just overall gorgeous!

Best vacation rental experience we have ever had!

If we could give 20 Stars we would! Superb communication by the property owner, the condo was exactly as it appeared online! The additional amenities of on property like Crabby Steve's bar and grille, private beach access, amazing lagoon pool and complimentary beach chair set up and bicycles for added fun! Every detail was thought of inside and we had a breathtaking view of the ocean at all times. WE WILL BE BACK and soon! Rest assured this is the TIME OUT everyone needs!!!

Great place in Rosemary Beach

The unit was in a great location with a great view. Everything was as pictured and described. It is a very nicely decorated unit. It was very comfortable for me and my daughter. A short walk to the beautiful beach and comes with beach chairs and an umbrella that will be set up and waiting for you each day, after you initial day/contact with the beach guys. It’s a short walk to shopping and restaurants in Rosemary Beach, which we enjoyed. There are also two bicycles included to use, which was also very nice. The host was responsive in answering my questions.

We’ve vacationed to 30A for many years. This is one of the nicest units in which we’ve stayed (we love High Pointe and Crabby Steve’s)! Easy and accurate booking, responsive and friendly host, clean, nicely stocked, and a GREAT location! Appears to have been recently renovated. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little get away

This is a beautiful renovated property right on the beach. Very clean. Having 3 little kids, it was very helpful to be on the ground floor. Property came with several extra amenities that were useful throughout our stay, such as small kitchen appliances, closet full of beach and pool toys. Enjoyed the privacy of the patio that looks directly onto the sea.

High Pointe Condo - Oceanfront #14E

This condo is in the perfect location as not only is it oceanfront for fantastic first floor views from the living room and the master bedroom, but is also conveniently located within walking distance to the private beach, pool, Crabby Steve's, Rosemary restaurants/shopping, Alys beach, etc. The recent remodel is clean, lovely and modern and provided a wonderful, relaxing week...home away from home! #14E is a five star condo that has all the amenities to make anyone's vacation a success! The only minor (and I mean very minor) unforeseen issue that was not in the owner's or our control was that the foyer areas in all of the buildings were undergoing major renovation which made entry/exit very dusty, thus causing luggage, shoes to drag in excess mess. I'm not sure if the construction was scheduled but, if so, it would have made more sense as a winter project.

Nice and quaint, could have been better

This property was overall nice, But when we arrived we noticed the refrigerator had a very strong fishy odor before we had even put anything inside. They only supplied 1 additional toilet paper roll for both bathrooms, no extra paper towels, no extra trash bags. There were stains on the sheets in the master bedroom that when I asked about- were told were rust stains, not sure how that was supposed to make me feel better - I personally wouldn’t allow anyone to stay in my home as a guest with stained linens but hey maybe I’m old fashioned. If you do visit this home I hope you also don’t have more than 2 people who would like to shower in one evening- Water stays hot for about 20 minutes tops then you’ve got to wait for the hot water heater to regenerate. The view was nice, and the coffee maker was a good touch. You will need to buy your own pods. For how much we paid- would rather have been in a hotel where the basic necessities are restocked and included in the price. Wouldn’t rebook.

This condo is beautiful! We did not want to leave. What a gorgeous remodel. We were on a trip with multiple families that rented throughout the complex, and this unit was by far the nicest of them all. Chris was a great host. We only had a few questions, but he answered them immediately. Location was great. Easy walk to everything….beach, Rosemary, pool, shops, restaurants. We will definitely be back!
