The private patio is a great space for enjoying your morning coffee before heading out to the beach or taking a swim in the shared pool.

Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is just six miles west with fantastic waterslides and adventures the whole family will love. Need a break from the kitchen? Get some delicious seafood when you visit Captain Dave's On the Gulf or try the surf & turf at Royal Palm Grille. The Golf Garden of Destin is less than a mile north with fantastic fairways to enjoy for a little early morning exercise.

Clean but mediocre

The rooms were “clean and nice” outside of the millipedes constant crawling everywhere, had a worker apply epoxy while we stayed there so the smell was stout. In 10 years it’s been the worst experience due to mattress springs in the back, and the constant battle with bugs, even found a roach. Very disappointed this time around.

Great location and comfortable beds

This was a great rental! Guest services was great at handling the only issue we had very quickly - the code we were sent in text/email did not work and they were available on the phone despite our late arrival time, so we were able to get inside. The home was clean and everything we could need in the kitchen was there. Location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach with small children.

Even nicer in person

Much better than expected. Literally steps from the beach. The place is just lovely. Comfy cozy and relaxing. You’re looking at the pool from the patio. Walk to food spots. We’ve already recommended to friends and we will stay here again.

Awesome Location!

The condo is in a perfect location, only 2 min walk to the beach. The only issue was that the Shower pressure was horrible, really difficult to shower. Bathroom at the main bedroom tub was clogged so we couldn’t use it. I called the office and they told me to use the plunger. It did not work at all and no one came to check. We found a blood stain in the sheets.

Great location, nice condo but needs some TLC

Location was fantastic and decor was nice. Master bed is worn on one side - mattress is not supportive. Side of fridge is rusting and horrible to look at - lowers the feeling of the entire place. The dining table is too large for room and makes getting round it difficult to sit. Broom closet was junky. Outside of condo is worn with rotting wood and peeling paint in places. Easily a 5 star review with fridge and mattress improvements even with other noted items.

it was ok , general overall condition of unit and complex not great

I liked the location close to the beach and family at mediteranea next door the place was not super clean and refrigerator rust on side people around us piling beach toys right outside our door I am sorry to say I will not return to this complex was hoping for something nicer . It is convenient location though.

Good place to stay

The home was comfortable. Close to the beach. The upstairs neighbor was terrible but not the renters fault. The kitchen is a little smaller than you think but it was a good stay overall. I would stay here again

Great location

Nice, had basic amenities. Pool was great, beach was close. Only complaint was low water pressure in the shower, hard to rinse shampoo out. Will try to rent again.

Great condo

The condo was perfect for a family meeting place...across from beach and restaurant..it was clean had all supplies we needed...great for handicapped...ground floor pull up to...no stairs

Good affordable option

Pros: location - steps from beach Quiet. Cons: kitchen -pans are not nonstick which makes cooking a messy affair. No kitchen essentials provided. Not even a small amount of oil or salt and pepper. Needs heat safe spatula. The one there melted quickly. Cleanliness- half eaten chips on the couch when we arrived. Management very responsive on this. pool very cold. not heated No beach or pool accessories. Furnace fan runs all the time. No way to turn it off. Sadly this is wasting electricity. Overall a great stay.

Nice place

Nice place close to the ocean. Check in was easy. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. A shower instead of a tub in the master bedroom would be nice, along with some more lights in the bathroom. We would stay here again.

Absolutely AMAZING!

This condo was exactly what we were needing! It has the perfect amount of space for our family in a great location. All the amenities you need and the beds are so comfortable! Beach chairs could be replaced due to rust but that's simple. Overall, decent price for a great location! :) Will book again!

A great choice

Location is awesome, one or two minutes away from beach. Apartment is very well maintained and it has everything you need. Very clean as well. Pool is very conveniente and steps away from unit. Kitchen and all appliances functional and convenient. Only negative aspect is the lack of sound insulation, you can hear your upstairs neighbors all the time (and in our case, they arrived at 4am). But you get used. I totally recommend this unit, we are a family of 4 with 2 toddlers and had a great time.
