*****THE PROPERTY*****
Indulge in this luxurious direct oceanfront getaway when you choose this newly renovated and furnished 2-bedroom 2 bath PLUS bunk beds condo for your next stay in paradise! This newly furnished 7th Floor West Corner condo has a central location in the heart of Orange Beach with restaurants right across the street. The complex has only 36 units in the building so no waiting for elevator or beach/pool access!
With direct beachfront views of the sugary sands and emerald, green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you will quickly fall in love with this updated 1100 square feet unit located in a quiet, low-density complex. This west corner unit on the 7th floor provides the perfect spot for admiring stunning sunrises and sunsets. This unit also looks over the pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
Complete with new granite, flooring, kitchen cabinets and brand-new walk-in shower in the master, this unit is sure to please. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all you will need for whipping up homecooked meals to enjoy, including all utensils, and cookware. The dining area allows for a total of 7 to dine, with a 4-chair dining set and 3 barstools along the kitchen bar. If you'd prefer, step outside to enjoy a snack on the private patio or sip on your favorite coffee, drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided, or wine as you watch the sun shimmer over the water!
The living room provides beautiful views and plenty of seating for relaxing after a fun day as well as a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Under the TV console, a built-in electric fireplace will add a little warmth to any chilly nights. In the master bedroom, you will find a direct view of the gulf, a plush king-sized memory foam mattress and an En-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed with private access to the hallway bathroom which also has a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a built-in twin-over-twin bunk in the hallway that is perfect for the little ones to enjoy resting on during your trip! Each room has a flat screen cable TV and free wi-fi for you to enjoy.
When it is time to book your stay in paradise, you will have plenty of room to unwind in the large west corner unit!

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
