Your perfect beach escape awaits at Phoenix I 1066, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo offering 685 sq. ft. of cozy coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL, this bright and inviting retreat is ideal for small families or couples looking to unwind by the water.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors fill the living and dining areas with natural light and offer instant, sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not enjoying the many local restaurants just minutes away. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—making your stay easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

As a guest of Phoenix I, you'll have access to outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands. Phoenix I also shares amenities with Buildings II–IV, providing an even broader range of facilities to enhance your vacation experience.

Condo was as expected. Great views and a nice place. The only thing I wish was better was the bed in the bedroom could be upgraded. Mattress needs replacing and every time you moved the bed “creaked” loudly. We had a great time in our short stay.

The only real suggestions I have are to possibly provide an air fryer as well as lounge chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view and breeze. The high top table and chairs are not that comfortable for relaxing on the balcony.Overall, a really good stay.

Communication and check-in were great! The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo itself smelled bad when we first got there. I don’t know if someone had cooked/burned something earlier but there was a very strong odor. It was clean though. The living room furniture also had a mild mildew-like smell and isn’t very comfortable. As a previous guest posted, the bed is creaky but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep on it. There is no blow dryer either. Not a big deal for me, but it could be for someone else. The balcony furniture could use a good scrubbing as it is covered in mildew. The kitchen is adequate but the burners on the stove are uneven due to the ill-fitting drip pans under them. The bathroom doors could use some cleaning and possibly painting.The bathroom has been remodeled and the shower is nice. The condo is adequate. It has wonderful views and all the necessities (except for a blow dryer). The washer and dryer worked great also. Overall it was a nice place to stay and, with a few small upgrades, would be a great place to stay.

Everything was clean and beautiful. It met our needs beautifully. One problem --the mattress on the bed was slanted toward the floor at the head. The feet were up high and the head down low. It was like sleeping upside down. We used a lot of pillows to try to prop our head up.
