This bright 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo can accommodate 10 guests comfortably. Start the quiet morning off by brewing a hot cup of coffee and head out to the balcony to watch the sunrise over the desert mountains. Spend your days under the hot desert sun; take a short drive to explore one of the many National or State parks around Southern Utah or enjoy Las Palmas pool, splash pad, and games! Back at home, barbeque burgers and enjoy each other's company on the balcony. After dinner, grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a movie night! With a Smart TV and DVD player, finding a movie has never been easier. Whether you spend your days exploring Southern Utah, relaxing by the pool, or challenging each other to tennis matches; you will make timeless memories staying at Red Desert Retreat!

Definitely staying here again

The place was very nice and safe. The pool and sports amenities were great. We really liked that there was an indoor pool so we didn't have to be exposed to the sun all day. Overall, we loved our stay and are planning on staying here again!

Great Spot!

Clean, plenty of room for a family of 7. More tvs than we have at home. Warm indoor pool. Lots of onsite activities.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time staying this past weekend. We were in town for the Ironman event and this place is always perfect. Everything worked perfect with no issues. One thing to note is when you stay at a rental condo, there is often frustration getting TVs to work and navigate the AV systems. This was not the case and I loved how easy it was to turn the TV on and navigate the system. One remote for everything. Might sound silly but it is nice when it works the first time and every time after. Thank you for setting it up in a very simple matter. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Really good customer service

The location we stayed at was great! It felt clean and was easy to find and had a lot of amenities! Our only complaint would be the dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced; that door fell down on our toes too many times. The customer service working through Red Sands was our favorite part. They were so responsive and helpful every step of the way!

Great stay!

We stayed at this propert for a week with extended family. It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and the fun amenities that Las Palmas offers. Will stay again!

Perfect spot for telaxing

Just what we needed as a pre Mother’s Day get away. We enjoyed the sun and all the amenities. And it was our first time at Las Palmas. We very much enjoyed staying here and will come again.

Visit from Minnesota

Wonderful VRBO for families! The kids had a blast using the amenities as well as the sweets shop and roller skating at the BAC. It was within nice distance of Sand Hollow Lake, Jenny’s Canyon and Vegas (where we came from prior).

Great spot for bikers

Had a bike race in St George this weekend. This is the perfect spot to hit trailheads and easy access to many! Great place, great amenities, great price! Can comfortably fit my family!

Great location. Loved that it’s also next to the trails. The bed in master bedroom needs replaced. Place was clean and tidy and otherwise in great condition.

Spring Break stay

This was a perfect place to spend our downtime for spring break. We were able to just cook our own meals, and use the pools and other recreational facilities. The unit was very clean and we felt very comfortable staying there.

Great place to stay.

Our family stayed for a few days in the rental and it was great for us. Lots of things to do in the property with the pools and amenities. The condo was plenty big for the 5 of us and having two bathrooms was perfect. Would highly recommend the location and any issues or questions w what’s the propriety management quickly responded to us.
