Great property near Snow Canyon

Clean and bright

Unit was clean and walking distance to pool and pickleball court. We spent most our time on hikes, etc so it was nice to come back to a clean unit. Plenty of bed options for kids of different ages.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at other places within the Ledges and have always had amazing experiences. However, this rental could have been cleaner. There was food on the "clean" dishes in the cabinet. The rugs in the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been washed in some time. The fridge was dirty. There were stains on the bedding. The beds also weren't very comfortable. We weren't overly happy with this specific unit as it definitely needs some TLC. Overall, the Ledges are a great place to stay and a good location with lots of things to do within 30 minutes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the mornings had to turn on the oven to heat the lower level. At night the upstairs heater would not shut off, so I had to flip the breaker every night. The fancy thermostats are a nightmare

A good adventure start with a good stay!

We loved the house, it was neat, clean, super quiet and the house not only look beautiful but it was clean, so do appreciate the bed sheets were clean and in overall everything was perfect.

This property was fairly close to the pool which was great for kids. Weather was a bit warm but the AC was up to the task.

Nice townhome bit of a drive from St George

A comfortable stay in a nice and clean rental. :) Finally a rental with firmer beds! Slept solid. Plenty of activities kept us out during the day, but a it's a very comfortable place to spend the night. A bit out of the way to get to food and other activities in the area. Only minor distraction was that the house is a little noisy at night. We weren't sure if it was a neighbor with the TV on or a car down the street. Minor inconvenience.

Great family destination

When our Lake Powell trip fell through we needed a quick getaway. Our family enjoyed the pool and pickle ball. The lodging is beautiful and super comfy; a great place to just be together.

The Condo, pool area, and property is clean and well maintained. Security is used to help keep the area quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again.

The Ritz at Ledges

The property was great. The pickleball courts seemed to be always full so that was frustrating. Lots of fun things to do close by. Would recommend Ebikes and the park.

Great locations with amazing views.

Only constructive feedback I would give is to get rid of some of the furniture. It’s seemed like there was too much in the house that made it feel crowded. Other than that all was awesome!

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this vacation home. Location was very clean and has great access to the surrounding st George area. The pool fob was the only issue because it did not work at all and we had to have other residents let us in.
