Beautiful newly-renovated unit sleeps 6, with a private jacuzzi in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This modern home is a 3 BR / 2 BA, with a spacious open concept kitchen/living space. The outside patio area is completely private, and is a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring downtown Las Olas. There is a full-equipped kitchen, wifi, SmartTVs, and a guidebook with lots of local recommendations.

As we are located in a quiet neighborhood, spring breakers are not permitted. No charging electrical cars without consent and fee ( $20/day).No Parties and non-registered guests are also prohibited.

Excellent Host

Property owner was very responsive to any request/need. Property is close to beach, Los Olas, Wilton Manor, 1 hour from Everglades. Great place with great restaurants nearby.

Centrally Located

This property was convenient to everything we did during our stay (restaurants, museums, historic houses, and I95).This was more of a duplex than a house, as was portrayed in the description, but was still spacious enough and private. My brother stated that his mattress was somewhat hard and I would have liked to have had a wash cloth or two to use, but besides these minor things, the place was fine for the two of us. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived but later realized we hadn't allowed enough time for the door to unlock. We had a wonderful time during our stay.

Perfect!!

The space was just what we needed!! The neighborhood was cute and quiet and right around the corner from many shopping areas. We took a short drive to the beach to watch the sun rise! There were several grocery stores nearby to grab a few things to cook in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the washer/dryer and the private outdoor space. Communication with the property manager was professional and warm. I enjoyed the little details like the Keurig, utensils to cook with and the spices in the cabinets. The wall art was beautiful. We felt at home the moment we walked in!

Smiles all around!

My family of five had an amazing stay at Flamingo Paradise; we truly felt right at home. Christophe's response time to any questions or concerns was consistently timely, and he was accommodating by having baby equipment I'd requested. The tasteful decor and layout of each room were aesthetically pleasing, functional and child friendly, which was a plus for us traveling with young toddlers. As the main cook in the family, my favorite part of the home had to be the kitchen, it had mostly all the equipment I needed to prepare meals, and a well sized table for us all to sit around and eat. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet and there are plenty of shops and restaurants all within a 10min drive. Walking to the nearest supermarket wouldn't be the best option for me because I have kids, but it is doable. It is really in the perfect location if you are planning on doing touristy activities while there, as it's close to a lot. Will definitely like to stay here again. Smiles all around!

Cette propriété peut accueillir 6 personnes toutefois ce qui est fourni avec la maison est insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Pas assez de verres, de vaisselles et d’ustensiles. Les lits étaient toutefois très confortables.

Everything was great except for parking . It was limited to only one space , which was not disclosed until check-in day. It was a bit of an inconvenience parking the rental on the street. other than that the residence was great.

Great area for relaxing vacation

The house was very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood! Stores and restaurants were within 1-2 miles distance, beach about 2 miles. I would recommend a car. The backyard was very nice and private, the Hot Tub a pleasure at the end of the day!

The living unit was spacious and comfortable. However, the laundry facility was not clean, machines were rusty, old and took much longer than normal to complete a cycle.

Ft Lauderdale Trip 9/15/21

This was a great experience all around! From the seamless check in process to the conclusion of our stay, we enjoyed everything about this vacation rental. Easy access anywhere in town, and an overall comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing getaway!

This spot had it all. Comfortable private outdoor area with a clean hot tub as well. By far our favorite part of our whole vacation! Very spacious inside, well decorated, and had lots of accommodations such as extra beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The check in process was super easy and we were well informed of the parking and checkin/checkout procedures and had no questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway house

This place was perfect for myself, my friend, and 2 children (5 &10). House was clean and comfortable. Beach towels were provided. The outdoor space was amazing and private and the hot tub was perfect. 10 minute drive to the beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay, owner checked in on us often to make sure we were doing good. Owner left a variety of drinks in fridge for us. Thought this was a really neat idea to welcome us in. Location is great! It’s close to everything you might need including the ocean! You can’t go wrong choosing this location!

Great Fort Lauderdale Rental

My husband and another couple rented this place for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect! Not far from the airport and close to all the things we wanted to do: breweries, Las Olas, restaurants, the beach, and casino. Communication with property manager was great. Enjoyed the hot tub, neighborhood (walking distance to grocery store), and outdoor space. My only (very minor) suggestions are to add pictures of the bathrooms to the listing (we were a little nervous there were no pictures, but they were nice) and either provide paper towels/napkins or tell people to bring their own. Wonderful place to stay for sure! Thank you!
