Cet appartement est le choix parfait pour les voyageurs qui veulent marcher à tous Rome a à offrir. Il est situé sur une rue pavée calme (Via dei Banchi Nuovi) menant à la Piazza Navona. Le centre historique de Rome est à votre porte! Il a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour inoubliable à Rome: WI-FI, A-C, chauffage, lave-vaisselle, washingmashine, draps, serviettes et un jardin privé.

L'appartement est un bâtiment du 18ème ensembles siècle nobiliar.
Organisé sur deux étages, l'appartement est composé d'une salle de séjour avec cuisine, une élégante salle de bains, un espace ouvert avec un lit queen size, et un deuxième lit queen-size sur la mezzanine. Un jardin privé est à votre disposition.

Tous les sites sont quelques minutes de marche. (5 minutes à pied de la Piazza Navona, Saint Peter Chapel 5 minutes à pied ...)

nice place in perfect location. about 12 to 15 minute walk to Vatican, nice cafes, bars, restaurants and markets nearby, about 23 mninute walk to Spanish steps and high end shopping. Good communication with host.

A Unique Apartment in the Absolute Best Location

If you want to stay on a picturesque street in Rome, look no further than this one, Via Banchi Nuovi. It's the best. This apartment has the amenities that travelers need. Good working kitchen (believe me when you see the farmer's markets, you'll want to get some fresh ingredients and cook sometime), beds were decent. Bathroom modern and comfortable.The patio garden was a very nice addition and was the one amenity that swayed me to stay here. It is nice to have a little outdoor space to yourself. There are some odd things but they are easily overlooked. Yes the ceiling height is low upstairs but it's manageable. Our grown children/partners had no issue. Yes the stairs to get to the second bedroom can feel a little "open", so the only thing I wouldn't advise this apartment for is for people with small children. It all really worked so well for us, I have zero complaints. Our host was very attentive to messages and communication was very good. The self check-in worked flawlessly. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in heart of Rome

Beautiful apartment down a street with a lovely restaurant and coffee bar right outside. Everything was clean and had an easy check in process. I do recommend that the host get blinds for the upper window and door leading to the private terrace for more privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Romantic apartment excellent location

Location was very close to many places we love but was quiet which was fantastic. The layout of the apartment is great, was clean and we really enjoyed it. Germana was helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect walking distance from all of the major historical sites. The kitchen and bathroom were good size and the loft was very clean! Would recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable and well located

This apartment is perfect for two people. It is well located for walking around Rome. The bathroom is small but has everything you might need, and the bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen with dining table and chairs is a good size, perfect for breakfast or for enjoying a glass of wine before going out for dinner.

Stylish, comfortable and tranquil oasis in the heart of historic Rome

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment was perfect for our week in Rome. My husband and I had a relaxed and romantic time, strolling the area and hanging out on the Piazzas in lovely weather. Enjoying the scenery and the incredible food and wine. The location is absolutely perfect. Our host arranged transportation between the airport and the apartment and our driver was very kind and dependable. Our son and his wife joined us for a few nights and we found it to be comfortable. The garden area is a tranquil and private space and the kitchen is really nice. High ceilings and quite spacious. We will be back!

Wonderful

Great place, great location and a wonderful little garden area. Above all a large shower with a bathtub, not an easy thing to find in Rome. And a washer. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 2 days. The location was an easy 1mile walk to all the places we wanted to go with great proximity to Pam Local to purchase groceries. Germana was great at helping us organize transportation to and from the airport and the port to catch our cruise ship.

Charming apartment in fabulous location

Fantastic location, walkable to many tourist locations (for example, Pantheon and St. Peter’s Square each less than 15 minute walk). Apartment is well-kept and artistically decorated. Hostess was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great location in Rome

Clean centrally located property. Easy check in process. Owner communications were helpful. Great for a couple. Stairs and mezzanine not suitable for young children. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby yet quiet location for sleeping.

Great location in Rome

Property is very well situated walking distance between all the Roma tourist attractions. The property was great, but the address communication and initial entry was a bit confusing. After that though the property itself was really good. All good except the shower head pressure was so low we could not use it so we bathed instead. Really good AC which is important there.

Cute apartment, secure building on ground floor

With all the steps we had throughout Rome sight seeing, we were happy to have this secure spot on ground level with no steps. Grocery store close, so we had breakfast at home. Apartment is cute and had everything we needed. Loft upstairs was used 2 nights for friends and was nice, but had low ceiling. We were satisfied with our stay. Check in would have been easier if I could access vbro on phone in a simpler way to get code.

Charming apartment in a fun location

The apartment was very cute. The loft space is fun for teens/kids. Air conditioning worked great! There is a full kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer that was a nice way to store drinks and ice. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The back porch area was very cute, but it was just a bit too hot out for us to enjoy it. I will note that there are other neighbors you will be living amongst, so if you are a loud group (or have kids with a ton of energy) then this might not be the place for you. The check in/check out process was seamless, but I will note that the door to the apartment itself took me some time to get used to, but once you get the "feel" for it, it's not a big deal. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was really great, a few minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurants galore, and maybe 6 minutes to the Piazza Navona. I recommend this property!

Wonderful Roman flat!

My wife and I had a great start to our Italian adventure, staying in Germana’s flat. It was conveniently located walking distance from so many sites — The Vatican, The Panthenon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc., and on our last day there, I discovered a fantastic caffe for a morning cappuccino just a few doors down! The flat has a full kitchen, washing machine (which came in super handy for us) and a quiet, private courtyard, which was a serene spot to relax amidst such a busy metropolis! Germana was an excellent hostess! When we had an issue with the shower head, she addressed it right away! She also arranged a driver for us from the airport and went out of her way to rearrange our transportation when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled at the last moment. We would highly recommend staying here!🇮🇹

Absolutely Fantastic!

We loved our three nights in Rome. Everything about our stay in this quaint spot was perfect. Communication with Germana was great. She was very responsive prior to our visit and while we were in Rome. Perfect for a couple with full kitchen, updated bathroom, private outdoor garden. It wasn’t terribly hot during our stay but we did make use of the air conditioning which worked well. We even used the small washing machine. The neighborhood is awesome. Located on a narrow street, with cafes, pizzerias, trattorias all within a 5 minute walk. Small grocery store on the same street as well. Piazza Navona is a short 5 minute walk. Germana set up our transfers to/from the airport without a hitch. Door to door service. We highly recommend this tranquil spot and will suggest it to any of our friends and family travelling to Rome.
