Voici l'occasion de mettre de côté un peu d'angle de paradis privé pour vous tout seul.

Sea House est situé dans le centre historique de Praiano donnant sur le promontoire de l'ancienne Plagianum.

La propriété donne sur l'un des plus beaux panoramas de la côte amalfitaine, est bien meublé et offre tout le confort moderne.

Le livre d'or de la propriété est plein de louanges pour les vues à couper le souffle depuis la grande terrasse et de la paix et le calme qui règne dans cette partie de la ville. Il est l'endroit idéal pour passer des moments privés avec des amis et des proches.

Il ya 3 chambres, deux chambres doubles et une chambre à coucher avec lit double, deux salles de bains, une cuisine et un salon avec canapé-lit 2 place. Pour un total de huit lits.

Sea House est équipée de la climatisation et de la vitesse d'Internet.

Il ya une petite piscine dans le jardin ce qui rend difficile de quitter la maison.

Sea House est géré par un propriétaire connu pour son hospitalité et de courtoisie.

Le centre de la ville et tous les services essentiels, ainsi que les plages peut être atteint par une courte promenade de l'autobus qui dessert la ville et se connecte à Positano.

Il ya un parking public de la rue à l'entrée de la propriété.

Romantic Hideaway

This is a lovely villa to enjoy a romantic Italian holiday. The panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Amalfi Coast. La Vita Bella is closer than you think!

This was an exceptional experience! Our host Luca was amazing in every way from showing us how to get to the house to recommending places to eat and things to do. He kindly answered many questions and helped make sure our stay was outstanding. Waking up to coffee with our incredible view from the terrace and then a drink at sunset looking out over the water. Access to Path of the Gods was easy as well as many restaurants nearby. The stairs are not for the faint of heart but you definitely earn your pizza and gelato. We comfortably had 5 of us for a week and I’m so glad we did.

Maria is a wonderful host, and her VRBO is great. Clean and comfortable with a fabulous view! The only improvement I suggest is that it be stocked with soap in the showers and for the clothes washer.

May family vacation

Beautiful house, amazing view, very clean! But this house was very far away from all restaurants, marinas and stores in Praiano. Lots of walking!

Dear Brad It is our obligation to respond to his statement from him. Casa Mare is 15 minutes away from the sea. Near the gate of the villa there is a bus stop of local buses around the town. The local bus runs every hour from 7am to 11pm. Best REgards

Staying at Casamare in Praiano was an experience we’ll never forget.From the moment we stepped onto the terrace, we were completely captivated by the breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The pool was the perfect place to relax with the most beautiful views of the Amalfi coast. The home was spotless, well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hosts. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and responsive, making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit, especially Luca. The location in Praiano was perfect! Peaceful and authentic, away from the crowds. The beach at Marina di Praia is also nearby and perfect for a swim or boat day.Bellissimo soggiorno!

Una bella casa

The house was beautiful and placed right in between Positano and Amalfi. Maria explained everything to us during check in - bus stops, times, boat tour options, car options, and more. She was really helpful and the resources she gave us allowed us to make the most of our trip to Praiano. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Praiano / close by there.

Amazing Spot!

Host was incredibly attentive and helpful! Though the house was up in the highest points of praiano, the host mapped out neighborhood for us with walking paths and bus lines, as well as restaurants and grocery stores that would drive us home. Praiano has many amazing restaurants but is much less touristy than Positano and Amalfi. The house is also only a short walk from the Path of the Gods hiking path, which I would definitely recommend!

Great View

The property is exactly as the description. First two rooms beds were great with AC in both of them. Bathrooms are perfect as was the kitchen. Deck area with plunge pool is huge and plenty of lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend a car for getting to restaurants or groceries. All the local restaurants in that area are great and to markets for you to buy anything else you need.

Beautiful and charming

We had such a wonderful stay. The view was amazing and the location between Positano and Amalfi was perfect. Take note, the amount of steps in this town are no joke. Make sure your party has no issue with vigorous walking and I suggest getting supplies before arriving. Though less than a mile to two great markets, carrying groceries up to the house by foot is a good deal of work. The view from the back deck makes it all worth the effort.

Great view. Lots and lots of stairs

Maria was fantastic and very attentive. With that said, this house is at the very top of Praiano and it is a challenge to get anywhere. The pathways are not clearly marked and the stairs are very steep. It is quite difficult to get taxi service and the bus refused to come up to the closest stop. Otherwise, the house was pretty nice. If we return, I would definitely rent a place from Maria but maybe one farther down the hill.

Surprising

Maria the Manager saved us from leaving. We were shocked to discover it was a steep 50 steps up to the Condo. We really had no idea how horrific it was to climb. The view was amazing but the stairs are terrible. Luigi helped getting a few groceries to us. Use him! The only suggestion would be to perhaps have soap in the bathrooms and by the kitchen sink to at least wash our hands. So, would we stay there again, no the stairs is why. Otherwise if you don't mind the 50 steps up and limited street parking go for it!

Dear Yvonne We are really schocked too reading your review. People coming to Amalfi coast and don't know how many stairs there are here they should not to come.. All around the world our area is famous for its steep climbs, that's why we are a protected by the world heritge (UNESCO) We don't live in big cities where every builidng has an elevator or terraced villas. Who doesn't use to do stairs should go on holiday to the caribbean islands. It is strange to read that there was not any soap. we are really sure that our chambermaid furnished at least 1 bottles of soap in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. If you didn't find it you could ask for one, we don't lose reputation for a bit of soap.

Perfect location to visit the surrounding area

The property is exactly, if not better than described. The villa was clean and the location was really perfect if you are looking to spend time exploring the surrounding towns of Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento etc... I do have to give special mention to the host, Maria (Tina:)). From the first communication with her right up until we departed, she was truly exceptional. Since we really didn't have any problems with the Villa or planning our daily trips, we did not "need" to call very much, but it was so nice knowing that when we did, she was immediately available and extremely helpful. She really made us "feel at home" and helped with any questions we had. I do have to mention that "the steps" to the villa are really NOTHING to complain about. If people find walking up a few flights of stairs a problem due to their health, they should visit the Netherlands and NOT go anywhere near this beautiful, mountainous area where towns are literally "built" into the sides of the surrounding mountains. The stairwell is well lit and even has a guard-rail along the wall the whole way up. Furthermore, it is virtually impossible to go ANYWHERE in this area without going up and down stairs. To us, this was a POSITIVE, as it gave us the opportunity to "walk off" all the calories we consumed when eating the delicious food! The only "advice" I would give is to "invest" in some better linens... they were "ok", but for a SMALL investment, better quality sheets/blankets would make a BIG difference!

Private place with beautiful view on balcony and from bathrooms. Good bathrooms! lots of walking

We were a family of 6 adults, we stayed for 4 nights and after we settled in we were comfortable. There was 3 full bedrooms and 2 baths . It was private place which is nice even though there were other units under us. Beautiful views from balcony (only one umbrella functions) when weather is sunny you will need sunscreen. Only 40 steps to door from road but 15- 30 minute walk( ~300 steps) to town and food store up several flights of stairs. BUT some stores and restaurants have an agreement with Casa Mare to provide transport both ways. If you are in good health it is actually a nice adventure to walk down and have the food store Tutto per Tutti drive you back with your purchases. Also, the place is only a few mins walk to the bus stop which comes every 30- 60 minutes. Maria provided all schedules to clients and names/numbers of places that provide transport. The pool is very small but will cool you off but no towels are provided. The bathroom showers are great and have great views. The washing machine works really great too. no dryer which is usual. The kitchen is comfortable and fit all 6 of us . The oven and stove top works well and refrigerator is good size. There are no views from bedrooms and kitchen really . There is only AC in the bedrooms. Parking is an issue and you may need to park a little distance from place. More items could be provided to make it feel like a home away from home: coffee pot, clean dish cleaning sponges, pool towels, etc . Some places provide welcome items : home made breads, limoncello , wine I would give it 3.5 stars but can't give half a star, so gave it 3 stars. CHECK out at 8:30 am - earliest I have ever had to check out, this was a problem for us and they gave us little breather - left by 9:15. Porters charge 6 euros per bag (10 lbs or 50 lbs) each way!

Beautiful Outdoor Space

We stayed at this villa for 4 nights. The villa was clean and has a fantastic view of the Amalfi Coast. The place looks exactly as shown. Truly a home away from home. Maria, the property manager was very helpful. In terms of convenience, this place is definitely not walking distance to anywhere. But, the grocery store, as well as the restaurants, provide transportation to and from their place. Which was wonderful. There's also a local bus close to the villa which we used regularly during our stay there. We got to know a lot of locals and it was what we wanted to experience. The only con is that, there were 2 couples staying at the villa and we were only provided one set of keys. Other than that, we truly had a memorable and fun experience!
