Imaginez-vous en train de prendre votre café du matin sur le balcon en regardant le soleil se lever et les dauphins jouer dans l'Atlantique. Après une journée de bronzage et de baignade, vous pouvez vous retirer sur le balcon de la chambre principale et admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

PREMIER ÉTAGE: Ce penthouse de deux étages (huitième et neuvième étages) à The Oceana est face à l'océan. Il a un balcon ouvert de 24 pieds par huit pieds donnant sur la plage. Le salon a un plafond cathédrale et 22 pieds de verre donnant sur le balcon, avec deux canapés composables, TV écran plat,. Il y a une cuisine, salle à manger, buanderie, chambre avec 1 lit queen et 1 lit double avec télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée.

DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE: La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une salle de bains avec une grande douche. Il y a des portes coulissantes en verre ouvrant sur un petit balcon donnant sur la baie. Ceci est un grand condo avec un grand salon et une chambre principale. Nous travaillons dur pour le garder en parfait état. NOUS LOUONS DU VENDREDI AU VENDREDI

Great location right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and looking for dolphins. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was so much more than we expected!! So clean and in a perfect location!! We saw dolphins from the balcony every day!! Mr Vance was a perfect host- answered any questions we had within in an hour at most!

North side, family side, awesome place

We just left a few days ago from our 4th of July week at this property. The owner James Is such a nice person, and will be there for anything you need, whenever you might need it. The process for renting was very easy, check in a breeze. Lovely PH very clean, AMAZING views..especially for the fireworks! Great places all around for eating, shopping, or any of your needs. Was a great relaxing weekend. Its more family oriented in the North end, which we love. Easy drive to the boardwalk area, outlets, etc. We recommend, and I even posted pics on my personal FB page and had people asking me about it. James may be getting a few calls! Only thing that is a little tough is the circular stairs to the upstairs..those are a little tricky lol. If we are ever back in MD again we will certainly be in contact with James!

Great property, great location!

We stayed the week of Fourth of July with our kids. We all had a great time! The view of the ocean from the front deck is amazing. It was also nice to go upstairs on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset. The location is convenient to downtown, as well as taking a trip up to Rehobeth (which we did!). It was also nice to be able to walk right across the street to the Ropewalk at night for a drink at the beach bar. Jim was very helpful and answered whatever questions we had ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot!

We have been coming back for 25 years. The condo is quiet, family friendly and well maintained. Ruth and Jim are constantly upgrading with new furnishings, paint, carpet and tile. Just tell them something needs repaired and they are on it. Also there is the indescribable view over the Atlantic Ocean in front, and the bay from the back window. We enjoy eating at the many fine restaurants, shopping, relaxing on the beach or sitting on the balcony with friends watching dolphins swim by and the waves roll in. There is no better place for rejuvenating mind and body.

Outstanding Oceanfront retreat

This place was rejuvenating and relaxing. We will stay here again! Beautifully maintained and fabulous new furniture with big flat screen tv in Living area and Master bedroom. The fantastic views of both the Ocean and the Bay. Close to all the amenities, walk to everything. Yet north enough to be away from the downtown hecticness. Thanks so much for sharing your outstanding Oceanfront getaway.

Outstanding Beach Getawy

This place will relax and rejuvenate you. We will stay at this Oceana II Penthouse again! Outstanding Views, Ocean and Bayside Plus excellent location close to all the amenities yet off the hectic downtown scene. The furniture is new and luxurious, big flat screen tv in living room & Master. And we are picky! The pictures do not serve it justice, it is so spacious and clean. This place is cared for and well maintained, we will recommend to others. Great friendly owners who help with any questions too.

Great Vacation Spot

Wonderful condo! Very clean and the accommodations were exactly as described by the owner. The balcony was fabulous and loved eating lunch and watching the beach. Huge plus, "This condo was clean" Highly recommend eating at Lombardi's Italian, Harrison's Seafood and Mancini's Italian. I would rent this unit again for any future beach vacations to OC!

A Happy Place

This penthouse is a huge "slice of heaven". Breath taking views of Ocean and Bay, clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect location, next to fabulous restaurants such as Frescos, Bj's, and la Hacienda. Also, in walking distance to a Candy Kitchen. Plus a redbox and atm right are right next door. Owners are nicer than words can express. Dolphin sightings topped it all. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the ocean and those balconies are larger than most. THANKS SO MUCH for a much needed escape from reality.

Beautifiul condo

This condo is wonderful. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. We watched a lovely sunrise over the ocean while sipping cappuccino on the balcony. The kitchen had every thing I needed to make several dinners during our stay. The owner provided good customer service and I have recommended this property to my friends.

This Ocean City condo is our favorite place to go. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean just below your own terrace. We love to watch the sun come up over the ocean and then enjoy the sunset over the bay from the balcony outside the master suite. This It is a great vacation spot.

We have stayed at this condo many times and love it! It is so wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the beach--just exactly what you are there for. The condo is very comfortable and clean. It has everything you would need--kitchen is ready for eating in but there are great restaurants within walking distance. It is so easy to get to the beach quick or hang out on the patio and enjoy the ocean for breakfast or in the evening--very beautiful.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We started renting from Friday to Friday to make it more enjoyable for our renters to get in and out of Ocean City. OC traffic is a nightmare on Saturday morning getting out and Saturday afternoon getting into OC. People who have rented from us just love doing Friday to Friday. It shows we rent Sat to Sat because if we say Friday to Friday it shows the week before booked if you are not looking for Friday to Friday rentals. Please call us at 570 336 6765 Thank You Jim & Ruth
