Ce condo au bord de l'eau de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a une vue sur le lac SPECTACULAIRE qui se poursuit sur des miles! Il a également l'ombre de l'après-midi en été. Situé au coeur d'Osage Beach à proximité de toutes les activités que le lac a à offrir au 21 MM par voie d'eau. Le condo est très propre et décoré pour la sensation du lac

Le salon a tous les nouveaux meubles avec TV / câble, un canapé-lit et une vue qui impressionnera! La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. La salle à manger a une table et 6 chaises et tabourets au bar. La chambre principale a un lit King avec TV / câble. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et Twin avec une télévision / câble. Nous avons également un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.
Ce condo peut accueillir 7 personnes dans des lits. Nous offrons une connexion Internet sans fil gratuite, des draps et des serviettes de bain ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Le complexe Ledges Condominium est situé au 21 MM et a tout, y compris 2 piscines et une plage de baignade. La première piscine est sur le canal principal, alors détendez-vous et regardez les bateaux passer sur le lac. La deuxième piscine est équipée pour les enfants et les adultes et est située au deuxième étage et à proximité de la plage de sable fin. La pêche au large des quais est amusante et il y a une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants! Nous avons tout le divertissement que vous pourriez souhaiter au bord du lac! Le centre commercial de sortie est à seulement 5 miles. Le condo est également à quelques minutes de tous les commerces, terrains de golf miniature et pistes de karting sur l'autoroute 54. Certains des meilleurs restaurants et boîtes de nuit sont à proximité. Nous sommes également à proximité des installations médicales, l'hôpital régional du lac est à quelques minutes. Surdyke Marina est proche où vous pouvez louer un bateau, une motomarine, lancer votre bateau et garder votre remorque est juste à côté du complexe pour votre commodité. Nous vous invitons à venir séjourner dans notre magnifique condo et sommes sûrs que vous l'apprécierez autant que nous.

The place was clean and had beautiful views. The second bedroom did not cool off as well as the other rooms, it was very warm sleeping. Also, many of the doors had upgraded keypad locks which would have been nice instead of having to carry a key around. The kitchen items were very mismatched and outdated but did have everything we needed. The management team was very attentive and answered any questions we had quickly. This place is very well run and would recommend it to friends and family!

Paradise on the lake

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The best part was just being able to sit and see the beautiful Lake right outside the big windows. It was easy check-in process and very clean and nice accommodations

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed the condo for our time at the Lake. It was perfect for our retreat and we were able to unwind from our work day and look at the view! Wished we would have been able to stay longer for working. Location was great and it was quiet!

The condo was spotless and newly updated with great decor! I really enjoyed the deck in the evenings after work and loved watching the boats go by. Amazing views from living room, bedroom and deck!

The condo was great. It's king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The only problem we had was some construction and want able to pack in front of condo.

Absolutely gorgeous view of the main channel

First off, I loved having a king sized bed in master bedroom, that was super nice to have for the week! The views - if you’re looking for a stunning main channel view in the Ozarks, stop looking, this is it - book this condo! We loved this place!

Great stay

The location was perfect! Loved watching the lake for my morning coffee!! Very clean! Plenty of blankets and pillows for a large group. Having 5 kids the couch was great for being a pull out couch. Would go back for another stay!!!

The condo was as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient to all activities in Osage Beach. Many restaurants with short drives. Property was in good condition except for the broken lock on the balcony sliding door. Thus, unable to secure the condo completely. We did notify the host and were told the owner likes to fix items in the condo and will fix next time they are at the condo. Would stay in the future and highly recommend to others.

Sibling reunion

This was our second stay at this condo. The hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly for any of your needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. The stairs could be a problem for anyone disabled since it is on the second level but not a problem otherwise.

Okay condo

4 of us stayed and had plenty of room, and we liked the location. However, we felt the condo wasn’t very clean. Beds were old, as were the linens. The dishwasher was very noisy. The directions for turning on the hot water heater weren’t clear and we were sent the incorrect internet password. The tv in the guest room wasn’t working. I guess we were just looking for something a little more upscale.

First Time in the Ozarks

The condo is very comfortable. Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Easy to get to from the highway, and reasonably short drive to restaurants and attractions.

Great view, the rest is fine

I stayed here for a very mellow girls weekend. Here are the pros: - The view is amazing. It’s right on the main channel so lots of boat watching. - The location is great for many bars, restaurants, and shopping. - The layout and space of the condo worked well for our party of 3. - We arrived a little bit before check-in and were told we could get into the condo early. And now for the cons: - Cleaning was subpar at best. Carpet was very stained, some dishes required rewashing, hair in the bathtub, and the other reviews commenting on the cobwebs on the deck is spot on. I know they’re a lot to keep up with, but there were A LOT. - The pool closest to the unit was filthy. So many dead bugs it seemed like there must’ve been something wrong with the filter. - We could not get the AC to turn on the night we arrived. We came back from dinner and it was still 80* inside. I notified the host and asked if there was a trick for turning it on. The host said we would have to wait until the next morning, which was reasonable since it was almost 10pm when we notified them. The next morning one of the hosts arrived and flipped a separate breaker that was on the AC/ furnace unit. We were told that some guests get confused and flip that breaker (guests are asked to turn off the water and breaker for the water heater prior to departure), which seemed like something that could’ve been relayed the night before. With no screen on the sliding door and not being able to open the windows in the master bedroom, there weren’t many options to cool down the condo.
