This BEAUTIFUL condo has just been renovated and has all NEW furnishings, granite counter tops along with a Cozy Electric Fireplace! Enjoy the views of the Main Channel as you sit in our new comfortable patio chairs! You can also sit and enjoy the sounds and views of the lake without that Summer sun beating down on you!


Our condo is 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. Sleeps 6 to 8 people

Master bedroom has a King size bed with private attached bathroom and TV/Roku.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom has 2 - Full size beds with TV/Roku

We have a blow up Queen size mattress for 2 extra guests.

Located in the Heart of Osage Beach close to all the activities the lake has to offer at the 21 MM by water. The condo has been updated with new vinyl flooring throughout the condo. The living room has new furniture with a sofa sleeper and loveseat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We have a nice Electric BBQ grill on the deck for you to use.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and stools at the breakfast bar. We offer a free wireless internet connection, linens and bath towels along with a full size washer and dryer.
The Ledges Condominium complex is located at the 21 MM and has it all including 2 swimming pools and a swim beach. The first swimming pool is on the main channel, so relax and watch the boats go by on the lake. The second pool is equipped for children and adults and is located on the second tier and close the sandy swim beach area. Fishing off the docks is fun and there is a small playground for the kids! We have all the entertainment you could want at the lake! The outlet shopping mall is only 5 miles away. The condo is also just minutes away from all the shops, miniature golf courses and go-cart tracks found on Highway 54. Some of the best restaurants and night clubs are close by. We are also close to medical facilities, Lake Regional Hospital is just minutes away. Surdyke 20 Marina is close where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer is right next door to the complex for your convenience. We welcome you to come and stay at our wonderful condo and are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
