Welcome to Our Oasis!

This BEAUTIFUL condo has just been renovated and has all NEW furnishings, granite counter tops along with a Cozy Electric Fireplace! Enjoy the views of the Main Channel as you sit in our new comfortable patio chairs! You can also sit and enjoy the sounds and views of the lake without that Summer sun beating down on you!

Our condo is 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. Sleeps 6

Master bedroom has a King size bed with private attached bathroom and TV/Roku.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom has 2 - Full size beds with TV/Roku

We have a blow up Queen size mattress for 2 extra guests.

Located in the Heart of Osage Beach close to all the activities the lake has to offer at the 21 MM by water. The condo has been updated with new vinyl flooring throughout the condo. The living room has new furniture with a sofa sleeper and loveseat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We have a nice Electric BBQ grill on the deck for you to use.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and stools at the breakfast bar. We offer a free wireless internet connection, linens and bath towels along with a full size washer and dryer.
The Ledges Condominium complex is located at the 21 MM and has it all including 2 swimming pools and a swim beach. The first swimming pool is on the main channel, so relax and watch the boats go by on the lake. The second pool is equipped for children and adults and is located on the second tier and close the sandy swim beach area. Fishing off the docks is fun and there is a small playground for the kids! We have all the entertainment you could want at the lake! The outlet shopping mall is only 5 miles away. The condo is also just minutes away from all the shops, miniature golf courses and go-cart tracks found on Highway 54. Some of the best restaurants and night clubs are close by. We are also close to medical facilities, Lake Regional Hospital is just minutes away. Surdyke 20 Marina is close where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer is right next door to the complex for your convenience. We welcome you to come and stay at our wonderful condo and are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Stayed here for a short girls getaway. Well located and beautiful view of the lake. Place had everything we needed for our stay.

Gurls trip

This property was everything stated in VRBOClean, great location everythingyou need. Beds was comfortable and view was awesome. As someone who used to live at lake, this location was perfect for this trip with friends to bring down and show them my old stomping grounds. Would definitely stay here again! Wonderful stay, very clean and perfect view of the water. Was very easy to communicate with the host if you had a question or concern. Very easy check in and check out. Second year staying at the same location and will be back again.

We come to the lake every year & stay at the ledges. This condo location was amazing. The view was top notch. Only complaint was the cleanliness wasn’t like other units. I feel the owners should evaluate who they are using. Floors dirty, dust on the walls and under the beds, tubs not cleaned very well with hair etc from previous tenants. Master bath floor boards & mirror above medicine cabinet very dusty. Laundry area all dusty. Otherwise nice condo & Very well stocked.

A good choice when going to Lake of the Ozarks. Right on the lake and the condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was easy to contact. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed ourselves at the Ledges.

Mother's Day weekend

This was a great weekend to enjoy beautiful weather. Loved being on the main channel and watching the boats go by. We did most of our meals in condo. It was stocked with everything we needed. Will stay again!

Twin visit

Caves and catfish- As 80 + seniors, we still enjoyed touring the Bridal Cave. We drove to a restaurant in Lebonan for bone in catfish. Our fellows really enjoyed that. Our condo was clean and comfortable with a terrific view. Loved it all.

Fall Getaway

Lovely condo and wonderful view. Enjoyed the balcony view of the fall leaves that were across the water from out condo, pretty this time of year. The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms was really nice. Everything was located close and a lot of choices for restaurants. We enjoyed our night out at J.B. Hooks, great view and delicious food. Seven Springs Winery had wonderful wines to choose from, great panini sandwiches and very enjoyable live music, pretty outside grounds too. We really enjoyed our stay, great location to see the area. Would go back again!

Spring Break getaway

The property was just as described. The view was amazing. The condo is in a great location for visiting attractions in the surrounding areas. Only small things to update - light above stove was out, light outside front door was out, and grill was not operational. These did not hinder our stay or review of the overall property; however we just wanted to point them out to be fixed. We definitely will recommend this condo and hopefully will return.

Great view from the deck!

Awesome view! Cannot be beat! Beautiful kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Bedrooms were nice, beds comfy. Easy check in and out. I had one question and texted the owners, received a fast response and even a phone call right back. The pool was great on the 90° days! We would not hesitate to come back and stay for an extended period of time! Good location to go to many great bars and restaurants too! I think we were there on off peak season time (late September to October 1) so it wasn't busy at the condo either, even though there was a big bass tournament on the lake both weekends.

Weekend Away

Cute condo and right on the water with a great view of the main channel! They have provided pretty much everything you need. I was there during a January deep freeze so stayed inside the whole time. There were no people in condos around me so it was very quiet and relaxing. I think it would be a great location in the summer as well with easy access to Osage Beach, etc. You do have to go down two sets of stairs to get to the condo. Noting this for anyone who can’t do stairs.
